Slipknot Hits the Road and Wants to Make New Music?

After the passing of bass player Pauk Gray who passed on May 24, 2010 in Urbandale, Iowa, Slipknot's drummer Shawn Crahan or "Clown" has annouced that the band will be touring across the U.S. in the New Year. Also in a new interview done with Kerrang! Magazine Crahan also mentions that the band will be releasing a follow-up to 2008's "All Hope Is Gone" release. Thus this will come into full effect but just not that quickly due to to him and his bandmates still dealing with the loss of their former bassist. He goes on to say that “We’re still taking some time to reflect on our brother [Gray],” Crahan says. “Everybody needs to be collecting thoughts so they can get it out and no-one has really had time to collect thoughts yet. But we’re the f—ing ‘Knot. And when we come out, you’ll know your band is done.” The U.S. tour to take place in the New Year will be set for the summer preferrablly in June.
