During the holiday season this last year, Californian thrashers Testament had announced a U.S. tour set for the springtime entitled the "Thrash Of The Titans" tour, bringing with them thrash titans Overkill and Destruction! Taking place throughout March and into early April, Los Angeles, California would be the final stop of this touring cycle, taking place at The Belasco Theater, to a sold-out evening!
The two story venue would pack it in upstairs and downstairs, having fans from youngsters to elders being spread about aligned outside, waiting to get in after doors opened roughly after 6PM, and Destruction would get started exactly at 7PM, upon entering the venue, they would already be performing, thrashing through the set for the next thirty minutes, they would go on to play such tracka as "Curse the Gods", "Nailed to the Cross", "Mad Butcher" "Thraash Til' Death", and "Destruction", close to a ten song set, that got the audience hyped up! Lots of headbanging, moshing adrenaline, and constant momentum overflowing into the crowd, it kept everyone quite pleased through and through.

Following them would be another thrash titan Overkill, who have been around for the past forty years, thrashing long overdue they would go on to perform such songs as "Rotten to the Core", "Deny the Cross", "The Surgeon", "Elimination" and The Subhumans cover track "Fuck You". Another almost close to ten song set, bringing the rough housing to the max, with the frontman vocalist Bobby, being quite funny throughout, whilst also taking a breather during the set, he made funny jesters, faces, and just brought out that youngster within him, being happy to be a part of this package deal of a thrashing good time!

Wrapping up the evening would be thrash go getters Testament performing for a good hour, lasting long into the night it felt like. They would go on to play a mix mash of old and new, playing such as "WWIII", "For the Love of Pain", "Native Blood", "The Ballad", and "Over The Wall", roughly a good 14 song setlist, with loads of props including a demon creature looming over the crowd, screen projections, to crowd interaction, lots of crowd surfers, moshing going on left and right, to headbanging happening which way possible, everyone was moving in some sort of fashion, it just felt right.

All in all it was a good thrashing time throughout the evening, with lots of cheers, constant movement, and so much fun and goofy antics it made it all worth-wild. The rendition of this tour made the hype well received and a whole lotta fun!
