Italian gothic metal band Lacuna Coil released their most recent album yet "Sleepless Empire," so they decided to go on tour to promote said release entitling it the "Sleepless Empire Tour" the US. run bringing co-headliners Escape the Fate and Vowws.
Running through mid-spring time in March and April, the band would make a stop in Los Angeles California at The Bellwether to quite the crowd. Upon arriving catching the last snippets of Vowws set, they brought forth a rather gothic blend of 80s crossed with 90s pop goth elements. Their style being unique, sounding yet semi original, making their works catchy. The crowd was into them and cheered them on.
Next up would be metalcore alternative rockers. Escape the Fate, whose time together would be quite promising with their set featuring all new music off an upcoming yet to be released album. Whilst they may have some line-up changes drastically over time, tonight's performance grasped the audience very much. At first glance, everyone observed the band's first assortment of songs, but when "Low" struck the floor, split open, and a wall of death was embraced as everyone aimed for one another having so much fun! After that occurrence, the pit was never the same with constant movement and overflow lots of pushing, shoving, circular motion, and headbanging that felt right during the rest of the set. Which featured such songs as "Just a Memory", "One for the Money", "This War is Ours" and "The Aftermath". Truly Escape The Fate brought it hard and heavy even getting goofy with singing drummer Robert a Happy Birthday with vocalist Craig droning a balloon whilst headbanging! And him jumping into the pit to crowd surf back to the stage! So much fun it was too much!

Lastly was Lacuna Coil whose set featured a malfunction towards the end of their encore performance but once those were adjusted the ending felt right. But before that the rest of their set did have some heavy hitters with the crowd jumping in place to others singing along, headbanging to the pit never ending its movement. So much angst pulsing it made their performance fully engulfing from start to finish.

Overall, this was a tour that was a success and so much fun happening at all points of the night. Fun was no exception.
