Dead Superstar Talked About New EP, Show and Tour Plans and More!

Elementalists DEAD SUPERSTAR have changed up their style choices over time, and have even released two album's, and an all new EP out now in time for spring and summer! The band plans to release more music, head out on tour, and just get themselves out there! See all that was talked about below.

1. Please tell us about the history of your band and its members.

The band has been around since 2011 but we never worked on music until a couple years later. We’ve been a touring band since day one and will continue to do so. Our current lineup is Justin Goldat & Michael Bohm on guitar Charlie O’Neill on bass, Jesse De bellis on keys and myself on vocals Terence Keith. Special props to our touring drummer Craig Matalon and bassist Ashley Well.

2. What’s the origin of the band’s name?

The name was developed after seeing the show how the universe works. Dead superstar is a description of a supernova. As a star implodes, sucking all life and other material in before it turns into a black hole. we like to consider our music drawing people in from the sound.

3. Where is the band based out of and what is your music scene like there?

The band is based out of Long Island, New York. Since the birth of the band and the change of members we now have band mates from all over the country. The seen on Long Island is OK… Original music is rough bag. Cover and Tribute band's are the main entertainment out here But there is a movement which we are very excited about.

4. Are there any local bands you could recommend?

Sure! If you like pop rock, I would go with cravingstrange. If you like Screamo metal  I would suggest” The dead lands “ It’ll be just like straight up metal suffocation

5. How would you describe your style?

Our sound has changed on the recent record. It went from hard rock rap Groove to now Alternative electronic rock.  It still has that same flare and flow, but the sound is different.

6. What have you released so far and what can someone expect from your works?

We have 2 albums, "Tribulations" and I Did It for the Rock Gods". Our new EP is out now! We are very excited about that one!

7. Do you have any new music in the works?

Yes, the new EP "Rid the Fear" is out now!

8. How about playing shows and touring, have anything planned out?

We have a couple of shows that we’re working on, but our biggest show will be Rock Fest Festival July 18, 2025.

9. What plans do you have for the future as a band?

To get more people to listen to the music, tour and make a dent in the industry!
