Canadian punks WE WERE SHARKS have announced more touring behind their brand new album "Lost Touch", with Boys Of Fall and on select dates, Floods, Rival Town and My Life On Film.

"Boys Of Fall and We Were Sharks had so much fun the last time we toured so we thought let’s just do this again!" exclaims guitarist Jason Mooney. "We connected with them very quickly and their leg on our last tour ended too soon and we knew we had to get back out with them as soon as possible. I like to believe that the sound of both our bands complement each other really well. We loved watching them every single night and are stoked to do it all over again and for a whole lot longer. We’re excited to see some familiar faces on this tour, as well as meet a bunch more. Better yet, we get to finally play a lot more from Lost Touch with an audience who we hope are more aware of it. We want to see everyone have as much fun singing along to these songs as we do playing them. See you at the show, drop by the merch table and say hi!"

The band has also been added to the Vans Warped Tour stop in Darien Center (Buffalo), NY on July 25th 2018. Mooney adds, "Growing up in the local punk/hardcore scene, for any kid who played an instrument, the dream was always to play Warped Tour. In the past we were given the opportunity to play the Toronto date and we cannot wait for Buffalo. This is the last year and being able to say, even if it’s for just one day, we got to be able to be part of the final curtain call, the final van call, the last hurrah of the greatest punk rock summer camp that has meant so much to so many people; it is truly an amazing thing."

Los Angeles based rock trio, The Rift, have been confirmed on 2 dates of the final run of Warped Tour. The dates are Cincinnati, Ohio on July 19th at Riverbend Music Center and Noblesville, Indiana on July 24th of 2018 at Ruoff Home Mortgage Music Center.

Vocalist and guitarist Aris Anagnos states, "It's official! We've been added to the epic final round of Vans Warped Tour! It's been a dream of ours and now it's happening. Thanks to our fans for all the continued support!"

After an awe-inspiring 20 years of blazing trails and dominating stages, UNEARTH is now
institutionalized as a relentless force in heavy metal, standing the test of time with
consistently triumphant creative output, tireless road warrior resilience, Blue Collar style
workmanship and a resolute determination to deliver the goods.

Like Slayer, Cannibal Corpse, Testament and Anthrax before them, UNEARTH emerged as part of a burgeoning revolution in heavy music but continued to maintain their relevance and mastery of their craft. They’ve resisted and prevailed against changing trends, subcultural fashions and the way music is obtained and distributed with their credibility, integrity and unique persona intact.

Therefore, it makes perfect sense the band have decided to sign a worldwide deal with the global-dominating, barrier-shattering metal label CENTURY MEDIA RECORDS on their seventh full-length release.

The band commented: "For three decades Century Media have been a highly trusted and leading force in Heavy music and we are proud to further our partnership with them to a Worldwide level.  We saw their passion for music, dedication to promotion, ability to help secure touring/festival opportunities and the face to face personal relationships bands desire from labels from the European team during their release of our last album ‘Watchers of Rule’, so we know CM is the right worldwide home for us to bring everyone what’s next in all things UNEARTH."

We want to thank everyone at Century Media for bringing us into the fold to partner with a label that has such a rich history in Heavy Metal and Hardcore while also continuing to be at the top of the label game.  We’ll see you all this summer starting on Warped Tour and continuing far beyond with worldwide touring on our new album.”

Century Media Europe's Head of A&R, Jens Pretuer added: "It was 15 years ago when I first saw Unearth in 2003 at the local Pressure Festival in Essen, Germany with Dark Tranquillity, Heaven Shall Burn, Caliban, Naglfar, Stampin’ Ground, Maroon, Aborted and Carnal Forge. Hatebreed, Amon Amarth and Youth Of Today played as well but it was almost a Century Media festival – and actually a perfect example how close metal and hardcore could get.

I was a huge fan of Unearth’s "Endless" EP (2002) and their performance was sheer energy – and it still is! It was great to follow their evolution starting from the early metalcore scene to the main stages of major festivals like Wacken, Hellfest and also this year’s Warped Tour. We already released their last album "Watchers Of Rule" on Century Media Europe and are very proud about a new worldwide partnership. Thanks, Unearth! Looking forward to the next chapter!"

UNEARTH are excited to reveal they will soon begin recording the highly anticipated follow-up to 2014's "Watchers of Rule" (previously released on Century Media in Europe and eOne Music in North America), with Will Putney (Every Time I Die, Body Count, Gojira, Thy Art Is Murder, Silent Planet) at Graphic Nature Studios. Additionally, the band have confirmed that Killswitch Engage's Adam D. will be recording drums for the effort. A late Summer/early Fall release is expected.

Mike Gitter, Vice President of A&R for Century Media USA, further commented: "Unearth have an unshakable foundation that they build on record to record. They’ve become a key player in today’s metal landscape and will remain that for many records to come.

Will Putney has become one of metal’s true "go-to" guys and a production force in his own right. Having Adam D. involved is a creative stamp that has been part of Unearth’s best work to date. Having them both involved should be absolutely crushing."

With over 500,000 in worldwide album sales, UNEARTH’s continued staying power has also
hinged on their highly interactive and toweringly heavy live performances. The band have previously appeared with a diverse group of bands in the metal, hardcore and heavy rock elite in addition to making their mark at several prestigious festivals worldwide including Download Festival (UK), Full Force & Wakken (Germany), Hellfest (France), and Loud Park (Japan) - just to name a few.

UNEARTH will next be seen featured on the final installment of the annual Vans Warped Tour on the Mutant White Lightning stage. For tickets & further information, please visit http://vanswarpedtour.com/. Check out the dates below.

The youth of America have been infected!   As the stars of the 2017 Vans Warped Tour, your Lords and Masters have GWAR destroyed and pillaged the country all summer long, as only they could. Warped Tour fans and fellow bands alike were molested, mutilated and left emotionally devastated by GWAR's performances from sea to shining sea. The one and only Beefcake the Mighty, "killed" Billy Hamilton the bassist of Silverstein and then took his place in the band, playing the band's new single "Ghost". Check it HERE.

Just this past weekend as the Warped Tour was wrapping up, The Berserker Blothar took to the stage along with Sawborg Destructo and their slaves to "murder" American Authors singer Zac Barnett.  Blothar then took over the vocal duties of their hit song, changing the lyrics to "Last Day of My Life" as the savage attack continued right HERE.

Guitarist Pustulus Maximus commented on the end of Warped Tour and what bohabs can expect next from your lords and masters:

"Our summer's long journey to corrupt the moral turpitude of America's youth is now complete. Much thanks to the other bands, crew and children with whom we shared blood, sex and violence. Now, on to tell the tale of "The Blood of Gods!"

On October 20th, GWAR will release a new studio album entitled "The Blood of Gods" via Metal Blade Records.   "The Blood of Gods" is nothing less than a sacred text chronicling the rise of humanity against their makers, and the massive battle between GWAR and the forces of all that is uptight and wrong with the world. Along the way, the band challenges the sins of their great mistake, from politics, pollution, and organized religion, to fast food, and factory farming. Humans are shown as what they are; a parasitic disease that must be eradicated before they suck the planet dry. Meanwhile, Sleazy P. Martini, the crooked entrepreneur who discovered the Scumdogs, and has always envisioned them as a sort of horrific boy band, finally managed to convince the group to write a hit song called "I'll Be Your Monster." If all goes according to plan, it may be just stupid enough to work!

Of course, "The Blood of Gods" is the first GWAR album without the band's fallen brother, Oderus Urungus. The title of the album refers to the loss of Oderus. and the struggles and triumphs that produced the new sound of the band. Born of adversity, "The Blood of Gods" is a sonic scar...a question asked and answered...Death cannot kill GWAR. Nothing can. GWAR LIVES MOTHERFUCKERS!

GWAR are taking a quick break following Warped Tour, then heading back out on the road for an appearance at Chicago's Riot Fest and a couple of additional headline dates (including an appearance at Land Of Illusion in Middletown, OH.  Following those shows, the band will return home to Antarctica to prepare for a never-ending tour in support of "The Blood Of Gods".  More information including dates, venues, and support bands will be made available when GWAR feels like it.

TOUR DATES:

9/15: Knoxville, TN @ The International
9/16: Middletown, OH @ Land of Illusion (Free Show With Admission To Park)
9/17: Chicago, IL @ Riot Fest

GWAR W/ Stonecutters:
11/2: Louisville, KY @ Mercury Ballroom (Moved From 9/16)

Horror-infused punk/screamo band One Last Shot from Syracuse, NY has released a new music video for their single "Grim Reminder." The track premiered on the Vans Warped Tour website in anticipation for the group's appearance on the festival this year. In the video, the band conceptualizes the idea that people are often afraid to express themselves the way they want to in life, due to the fear of judgement and ridicule.

"The smiling masks & matching shirts represent how people wear fake smiles on their face and dress the same to fit in," says vocalist Jeremy Romance. "Even though they may want to express themselves differently, deep down inside, they're afraid of doing so. At the end of the video they force the masks on us, symbolizing that some people would rather us be like everyone else, instead of expressing ourselves the way we actually feel."

The video was shot by B-horror director Ron Bonk (She Kills, Night of the Strange) and the comes from One Last Shot's latest concept album The Death of a Poet & All of His Friends. The "Poet" character is loosely based off Romance's own struggles with life and death. At age 17, he was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease that has no cure and requires daily medication in order for him to stay alive. Check it right over HERE.

Taste Of Chaos one of many music festivals is returning after a five year hiatus! The festival known as the winter version of the summer Warped Tour will be back on October 3rd 2015 and take place at the San Manuel Amphitheater in San Bernardino, CA. This time around alternative and indie rock bands including Jimmy Eat World, The Used, Dashboard Confessional and Story of the Year among others are on the line-up!

Founder Kevin Lyman and John Reese, co-founder of the Mayhem Festival, began the Taste Of Chaos festival in 2005. “We couldn’t be more excited to relaunch Taste of Chaos in 2015, as one of the premiere annual alternative rock festivals of the fall,” Lyman said in a statement. “The epic lineup for the relaunch captures the essence of what Taste of Chaos has always been about: A celebration of the alternative/indie/rock scene,” Reese added.

The Relapse Symphony will release their sophomore efforts "Born To Burn" on June 23rd 2015 via Standby Records. This is the follow-up to debut EP "Time Running Out", debut album "Shadows" and acoustic album "Shadows The Acoustic Sessions". The album features 11-tracks including their new song and single for "A Perfect Lie". Pre-orders via iTunes, Google and merch bundles are available HERE. The album's artwork and tracklisting can be seen below!

Frontman vocalist Bret Von Dehl says "The band really learned an incredible amount with the creation, release and touring of our first record, Shadows. That was quite a dark and emotional time for the band and that album definitely reflected that period. That time has passed and we've all moved on and to say that The Relapse Symphony is "back with a vengeance" is honestly, an understatement. We worked vigorously for months and wrote a ton of material to make Born To Burn and I'm exceedingly more excited than I've ever been for the world to hear the work we've created. This album makes some statements we've had burning inside of us all for some time and Born To Burn really captures the true aggression and intensity that this band possesses. It's bigger, heavier and more pissed off than ever. It's a brutally honest and important album for Rock music."

The Relapse Symphony will also be on the Vans Warped Tour from June 19-July 12 this summer! Check out the new song HERE.
