Industrial metal legend Wayne Static of Static-X has announced the dates of his 2013 X-Mas Tour. The Defiled and Madlife offer support on the tour which kicks off on December 3rd in Tempe, Arizona and works it way across the U.S. and back wrapping up on December 14th in West Hollywood, California.

It’s been almost a year but I am finally 100% recovered from my surgery I had in November 2012. For those of you who do not know I developed a hernia during the Static-X tour last Fall. I kept the tour going despite my medical situation because I do not like to cancel shows, but my health finally got to the point where I could not perform anymore and I had to cancel the final two weeks of the tour.

I am very excited to get back out and perform for all of you! I have made a couple of line up changes in my band and we are ready to bring all of you the Evil Disco you have come to expect from my live show, whether it be Static-X or my solo band. On guitar I have Ashes, who has been a staple in my band since 2011, on Bass I have Andy, who made his debut with me at the tail end of the Static-X tour in 2012, and on drums I am bringing back former old school Static-X drummer (2007-2009) Bevan Davies.

We will be performing a ton of everyone’s favorite Static-X songs along with a few songs from my solo cd Pighammer. It’s a really fun set list and we’re ready to kick everyone’s ass and have a good time. Let’s do some shots! - Wayne Static

VAMPS are on their way. The dynamic duo of the Japanese rock scene will grace US soil for only two shows this year, taking the stage at the iconic House of Blues in Los Angeles on December 4th and at the soon-to-be-closed Roseland in New York City on December 8th.

Living Dead Lights will serve as the special guest for the Los Angeles show at the iconic House of Blues on December 4, while Killcode have come aboard for the NYC show at the soon-to-be-closed Roseland on December 8. Sid from Slipknot will be the guest DJ at both the L.A. and NYC shows.

These VAMPS gigs are shaping up to be "can't miss" and "must see" events -- these are no mere concerts! The band, which is pretty much bigger than God in its native Japan, camping out at several-thousand seat venues for week-long residencies, has the U.S. squarely in its sights, promising a night to remember on each coast.

These Vamps gigs are shaping up to be "can't miss" and "must see" events - these are no mere concerts! The band, which is pretty much bigger than God in its native Japan, camping out at several-thousand seat venues for week-long residencies, has the US squarely in its sights, promising a night to remember on each coast. Vamps plan to leave a mark.

The duo last crashed American shores over three years ago. They are back supporting Sex Blood Rock N' Roll, a collection of hard-charging, addictively catchy rock anthems available now via Spinefarm Records in the US. Since these two shows mark the band's sole US appearances, fans are traveling far and wide to catch the band, coming from as far away as Michigan and Florida!

The band is beyond excited to make a return to the US. Commenting on the adrenaline rush and the excitement they feel as performers taking the stage and seeing their overseas fans, the duo said, "A concert is like a living, breathing thing. You never know what's going to happen. We can't wait have that experience with our fans on both coasts again! Our American fans and American audiences are always so good at expressing themselves with us during the show, making it fun to perform in front of them."

Showing their humorous side, Hyde joked, "Can't wait to see you and bite your neck," nodding to the Vamps aesthetic, while K.A.Z. summed things up succinctly, saying "Let's have a party!"

Earlier this year, Ghost Town joined the Fueled By Ramen family. We are excited to announce that the band will re-release their album Party In The Graveyard on November 19th. This will be their first release with us and will feature brand new artwork, completely remastered records and the addition of the following tracks: 'Trick or Treat,' 'In Flames,' 'Universe' and 'Game Freak (Acoustic).'

Preorders for Party In The Graveyard are now available and will include a preview of the Haunted Youth comic series. You can choose between two exclusive pre-order packages: CD + Comic Book or CD + T-Shirt + Comic Book - place your order HERE.

Ghost Town will head to the UK for the very first time to perform at the Vans Warped Tour UK at Alexandra Palace in London on November 16th and 17th. The band will follow up with the Kevin Says Tour with ITCH, RDGLDGRN and The Hype Theory. UK fans can pickup tickets HERE.

Death Valley High, the Bay Area band Metal Hammer UK described as “a mixture of snarling punk, high-tempo rock and 90s-tinged alt-rock,” have confirmed a November/December tour for the Western U.S (all dates below).

The band has also unveiled a video for the song “Psycho In Your Parasol,” check it out HERE. Outburn described the unique track as “…a peerless mash-up of the Talking Heads’ ‘Psycho Killer’ and Queens of the Stone Age’s ‘Monsters In Your Parasol,’ which may make many of their rivals throw in the towel.”

The nights are drawing in, the autumnal chill is really starting to bite and as September draws to a close one thing is certain….. Halloween is almost upon us.

In celebration of the annual spook-fest, Fearless Vampire Killers are pleased to announce that they’ll be releasing a new single and video to celebrate all things dark, deathly and decrepit.

"All Hallows Evil" will be released digitally via Goremount Records on October 28th, expect rawkus riffs and big choruses from the ultimate band of un-dead slayers.

Live offerings are also available this autumn as FVK head to US shores for the first time to support William Control on his Revel Without A Cause Tour, which kicks off on November 6th. For further info and tickets visit HERE.

Chicago industrial metal outfit DOPE have released a video teaser showcasing the brand new track titled "Drug Music" to be featured on the band's 6th self-produced LP titled "Blood Money," scheduled for release in March of 2014. Speaking publicly for the first time in four years, founder and frontman Edsel Dope weighs in what fans can expect:

"It sounds like Dope. But it's next level. It's Dope in 2014. With every record, the chemistry changes, the band changes and the sound expands. I'm really happy with how it's turning out. It's heavy, it's pointed, it's punk, pissed off, angry, electronic, noisy, melodic and metal. It picks up where 'No Regrets' left off and yet somehow has a lot of the punk / industrial energy of the early Felons and Revolutionaries stuff. It's Dope. And like all Dope, it's best when played extremely loud and while traveling at dangerously high speeds.
We'll be putting out more of these teaser clips as we get closer to 2014."

DOPE is returning after a four year hiatus that concluded after touring alongside BLACK LABEL SOCIETY & SEVENDUST following the release of the bands 5th album "No Regrets." "Truth is, after 13 years of non-stop recording and touring with Dope, I was burnt and I just needed a break from it all," says Edsel.

He continues, "I'm ready to go now! I’m excited to get out there and re-connect with the fans and with that energy and feeling of being on tour. We are gonna do a month worth of shows and lose our fuckin' minds before I slide back into the studio and put the finishing touches on the new album."

During the short break, Dope’s 4th LP "American Apathy" eclipsed one hundred thousand units sold in the US. Edsel continues, “selling 100 thousand records now days is incredibly respectable. Its awesome to Know that our albums keep moving month after month on iTunes and in what few record stores still exist on planet earth. It's pretty fuckin' cool to gradually reach these milestones. It is extremely gratifying."

During the time away, Edsel has assembled the latest lineup. “With every Dope album, the lineup shakes up a bit,” says Edsel. "People grow, visions change and opportunities arise. It's just part of the process and it has always shaken out to be this way. Everyone has there own passions and we all support each other. DOPE has become like a fraternity and I am on great terms with all of the guys who have ever played with me."

Edsel has reunited with former touring DOPE drummer and (MUSHROOMHEAD) percussionist (Dan “Dubs” Fox) while adding new guitarist (Nikk Dibs) and bassist (Jerms Genske), former lead vocalist of DIRGE WITHIN. Long time DOPE guitarist Virus, who is also a member of DEVICE with David Draiman of DISTURBED  recently performed a handful of shows with Dope in August and will be joining the band for dates in Russia at the end of October. "I love playing with Virus. He's my boy! I'm proud of him! He’s kicking ass with DEVICE. He kicks ass at whatever he does and we will kick ass together again in the near future." concludes Edsel.

Original bassist (Acey Slade) recently returned to the band for a handful of Midwestern shows and will also be performing in Russia with Edsel, Virus, and "Dubs" at the end of October. More on Dope coming soon.
