Southern California metalcore giants BLEEDING THROUGH are back! After much anticipation, the band has announced their long-awaited, ninth full length album, NINE, will be released on February 14th via SharpTone Records.
Following the release of eviscerating singles, 'Our Brand Is Chaos' and 'Dead But So Alive', BLEEDING THROUGH emerges six years after the release of Love Will Kill All, for one of the most vicious and unrelenting records of their celebrated career, NINE.
Commenting on the impending record, vocalist Brandan Schieppati says:
“There’s so much passion and aggression on this album. If you’re a fan of us, you won’t be let down. This is everything we’ve been working towards. This is the culmination of 25 years. This is Bleeding Through in its purest form.”
Today, the band reveals the album's next merciless single, 'Path Of Our Disease', which is accompanied by the music video below.
Adding about the new single, Schieppati says:
"'Path Of Our Disease' is a song about the disgusting social climate of the world. We are becoming a species that is never satisfied. We think the grass is always greener and are forgetting what loyalty is. We are being led be liars and fakes down a path of disappointment. It’s time to break free."

Shadows Fall, who were at the forefront of the New Wave of American Metal scene that dominated the '00s, are back with a brand new song and a new label! The band has shared the new single "In the Grey." Watch the video HERE.
The band — singer Brian Fair; guitarists Jonathan Donais and Matt Bachand; bassist Paul Romanko; and drummer Jason Bittner— is also thrilled to announce it has signed with MNRK Heavy.
The song is classic Shadows Fall — galloping solos, riffs on top of riffs, three-tiered vocals, memorable, stadium-sized melodics, and introspective lyrics.
"We are incredibly excited to share our first new music in over a decade with our single 'In the Grey' and are proud to announce our partnership with MNRK Music Group," states singer Brian Fair. "When Shadows Fall first got back in the practice space to prepare for our reunion shows, we did not know if it would lead to new music, but the excitement of jamming together and all of the riffs that Jon [Donais] had floating around in his head led us in the direction almost immediately. The idea began flowing, the energy started building and new songs began taking form out of the the chaos."
He continues, "'In the Grey' is a full-throttle thrasher that contains all of the elements that are the bedrock of the Shadows Fall sound, but also adds new elements and approaches that developed in the recent past while we all explorer other musical avenues. Lyrically, I was trying to put into words and describe the physical manifestation of the weight and crushing power that can come with depression, that feeling that the weight of gravity is crashing down on you or being trapped in the dark waters of our own mind, trying to rise to the surface and take a breath. It can be an overwhelming and lonely place but there is always a light at the end of that tunnel and we always need to keep striving for a brighter day and escaping the grey."
Fair finishes, "We want to sincerely thank everyone for the decades of support that you have given Shadows Fall and we cannot be happier to be back and rocking once again. Crank up 'In the Grey,' raise those horns to the sky, and bang your head as hard as you can. Stay tuned for more music and news soon..."
Scott Givens, MNRK's SVP of Rock & Metal, stated, "When you get the chance to sign a genre-defining band like Shadows Fall, you do it. We at MNRK are proud they have chosen to work with us as they enter the next phase of their career."

"’Revenge Is My Name’ is a song about violence and anger! The inspiration came from our love of slasher and horror films, as well as a lot of the first-person perspectives you see on social media and such these days,” explains drummer Shannon Frye. “The world can be a violent place, and songs like this are an outlet for those who experience the same thing."
“Revenge Is My Name” is the first slice from the band’s forthcoming EP of the same name. We look forward to releasing this new EP and much more great things to come."
M-Theory label president Marco Barbieri has been a fan of the group almost 20 years and their paths have crossed many times over the years whether it was being considered for Century Media, handling music publishing deals, booking AOB on locals shows, producing a single for Relapse, or handling digital distribution, Marco has always lent a helping hand to the guys and he’s proud to finally add them to the label roster.

Kids Imagine Nation have released a new song turned video for the song called "Thank You". Check it HERE.
After nearly 10 years of absence, the world’s most brutal band has muscled their way back into the scene with a brand new single, “No Pain No Gain”, alongside a new music video. With a new album planned in 2024 and a new worldwide contract inked with premier Austrian rock and metal empire Napalm Records, AUSTRIAN DEATH MACHINE are baaaaack… and it’s been worth the “weight”!
AUSTRIAN DEATH MACHINE, the unmissable project of As I Lay Dying frontman Tim Lambesis, launched 15 years ago as a one man band - triumphing as the metal scene’s newest obsession with their 2008 debut album, 'Total Brutal'. After releasing two more acclaimed albums in 2009 and 2014, the one man band did the impossible - they broke up. After a decade of regrowth and rebirth, and with the help of good friends by his side, Lambesis finally felt inspired to work on new music for the project - eventually emerging as the collaborative, recharging effort it was always meant to be. Now, the band prepares for the release of their upcoming fourth album, currently circling a 2024 release date.
Providing a powerful sample of what's to come, “No Pain No Gain” features special guest vocals from pro-bodybuilder Craig Golias and a searing guitar solo from axe god Angel Vivaldi. The aggressive metalcore track punches like Ahhnold himself with charging riffs and addictive melody. Don’t skip this blistering burner (or leg day, for that matter), and get shredded to “No Pain No Gain” naaaughhh!!!!
AUSTRIAN DEATH MACHINE mastermind Tim Lambesis offers:
“This upcoming album - it is the heaviest of them all. Ahhnold told me to make it more brutal, and so of course I listened. For music production nerds, it's also a more modern style of production than what you may be used to with this band, but still retains my thrash roots - which you can hear on ‘No Pain No Gain’. Anyway, Ahhnold told me I've really grown up and come into my own as a well oiled machine… but he also said to destroy the machines, so I'm a little confused…
"Also, I'm honored to be working with Napalm Records! Besides Napalm having such a powerful global presence and an incredible staff, Ahhnold told me we had to sign based on the brutality of the name alone. Like 80's action and Ahhnold, it is the perfect combo.”
Thomas Caser, Napalm Records Managing Director/Head of A&R, adds:
“Adapted from the famous Arnie/Terminator slogan ‘I’ll be back’, AUSTRIAN DEATH MACHINE is finally back after over a decade, returning with their most brutal and fun output ever!”

Reunited thrashers MANTIC RITUAL have signed with M-Theory Audio. New music from the reunited group – featuring original members Dan Wetmore (vocals/guitars), Jeff Potts (guitars), and Ben Mottsman (bass) alongside new drummer Carlos Cruz (Warbringer, Exmortus, Hexen) – will be released later this year, but the first taste of the new riffs to come will be unveiled with a live performance on Thursday, August 26th at Supply & Demand in Long Beach, CA.
"This is Dan Wetmore with the first Mantic Ritual news in over ten years! We have reunited and working on a new EP for later this year via our recent signing with M-Theory Audio. With over twelve original songs already written, this will set the path for an imminent full-length album next year. Reviving Mantic Ritual isn’t something we’re taking lightly, we intend to best our debut album, "Executioner" in every way. The new material is true to our roots in Heavy Metal, Thrash/Speed and Punk. This is in our blood and it’s time to share with everyone. Mantic Ritual is ecstatic to work with M-Theory Audio and thankful for the opportunity furnished by Founder/President, Marco Barbieri. Cheers!"
The early beginnings of MANTIC RITUAL were birthed in the band's hometown of Pittsburgh in 2005. Performing initially under the name Meltdown, the group began building a buzz with Northeast heavy metal fans over the next two years with their combination of boundless thrash enthusiasm and superb songsmanship. The band moved across the country to Los Angeles in 2007, where performances alongside leaders of the budding Southern California thrash revival such as Warbringer, Fueled By Fire, and Merciless Death earned them attention from discerning metal audiences and a record deal with Nuclear Blast Records.
The group soon changed their name to MANTIC RITUAL, and released their first – and so far only – full-length record “Executioner” produced by Andy Classen (Asphyx, Tankard, Krisiun) in March 2009. The album received critical acclaim at the time of its release, with MetalSucks praising the band's “ability to display solid songcraft while maintaining a high-level of heaviness,” Blabbermouth taking note of their “passion, chemistry and intensity,” and the Washington Post noting that “MANTIC RITUAL’s old-school sensibilities act like a group hug that brings punks and headbangers together.”
MANTIC RITUAL followed up the release of “Executioner” with live touring alongside heavy metal titans such as Rotting Christ and Destruction, before dissolving in 2010. Potts and Mottsman later went on to join Warbringer for their 2013 release, “IV: Empires Collapse,” with Potts himself also performing on Gygax's 2018 release, “2nd Edition.” Potts, Mottsman, and Wetmore began writing and recording new music together - with Cruz (still a member of Warbringer) now joining them on drums – in the beginning of 2021.
The group's upcoming live performance on Thursday, August 26th at Supply & Demand in Long Beach, CA – their first since a one-off reunion at Thrasho De Mayo 2013 in Los Angeles - is only the beginning of this exciting new chapter in the story of MANTIC RITUAL. More information on new music from MANTIC RITUAL will be unveiled in the weeks to come by M-Theory Audio.
MANTIC RITUAL is:
Dan Wetmore (vocals/guitars)
Jeff Potts (guitars)
Ben Mottsman (bass)
Carlos Cruz (drums)
