Progressive doom metallers Paragon Collapse have written and recorded for their debut full-length album titled "The Dawning". The album to be released January 20th 2018 with collaboration with Loud Rage Music. The album's artwork was painted by bass player Vali Seciu of the band Paragon Collapse.

Here’s what the band had to say about the album: "The Dawning does not necessarily want to convey a message, but it is up to the listener to identify and interpret a possible message. Although the lyrics of the songs describe various states and inner living, alternating between love and madness, hope and suicidal depression, we would like each listener to live each song individually, to understand them from the perspective of their own experiences, and if after listening to songs, the listener does not remain indifferent, it means that our goal has been reached.

As for this painting, the viewer can sense the meaning of it right from the title. The first light is so much more than the twilight before the dawn. In this case, dawn is the absolute truth we tend to as people, that beautiful truth, also highlighting the fact that existence takes place between two extremes, lies and truth. The first extreme is made up of a life full of harmony, of pure beauty, but which is forgotten and thus destroyed. The second extreme represents the uglier side of life, lies and hatred, whose appearance of masquerade deceives and seduces man. These two opposites define our lives, the dichotomy in which we lead our existence, the struggle that we carry from birth to death. The true beauty of life is so intangible, too far away, far too lonely, too forgotten, waiting for the dawn of absolute revelation."

Bulgarian symphonic metal band Bendida have released their debut album “Goddess of the Moon”. The album was recorded at "Zero Project Studio" and mixed/mastered by Vladimir Bochev. The track titled "Land Of Perun", off the album was made into a video which can be seen HERE.


The band was formed in 2008 at Sofia, Bulgaria by Vinnie Atanasov. At the beginning of 2012 the band released debut single "The Farthest Shore" and in 2014 released their second single "Prince of Ice" and an official video clip for the song. The band lyrics tell stories about mythology, legends, ancient gods, mystical creatures and some are based on fantasy literature.

Ghost Atlas, the solo vehicle for ERRA guitarist Jesse Cash, has released his debut album All is in sync, and there's nothing left to sing about. The 12 track record premiered exclusively with Loudwire who cited tracks like "the upbeat album opener 'Cry Wolf,' the more immediate-feeling and in-the-moment rocker 'Mirror Room,' the hypnotically-heavy Deftones-namechecking song 'Legs' and the lilting and dream-like 'Night Drive' ."

When asked about how he felt this album fit with prior releases, Cash said “I think this record, like the previous EPs I’ve released, still has a good contrast of negative themes weighted by positive solutions. The way that it differs for me is just the overall sound itself. Now that I’ve written a lot of material for the project, it seems to be falling more and more into its own identity. The direction of this record feels very realized, and the songs are in my opinion, the catchiest I’ve ever written.”

Cash began releasing music under the Ghost Atlas moniker in 2014 with Gold Soul Coma and the 2015 EP Immortal Youth. Being the sole member of band, the project is a very personal reflection of Cash's emotions, life experience and work. With that sense of independence, he invested thousands of dollars of his own money into the creation and release of the new album. Cash says "The freedom of total independence is super gratifying. It showcases a protective spirit towards the integrity of the music and general creative direction, as well as a more personal feeling of getting your music directly from the musician."

Century Media Records signed Seattle, WA metal band Into The Flood. The group released a video for the song "The Destroyer" online and the song will be re-recorded with producer Aaron Smith (Jeff Loomis, 7 Horns 7 Eyes) for the band's debut album.

   

Into The Flood, formerly known as VICES, is a positive metal band that believes "YOU are the start of a positive change in the people that surround you." The band released a statement about the signing: "This is absolutely a dream come true to be involved with a label like CM. This is something every musician dreams of and we were blessed enough to have it happen for us."
