When asked about the inspiration for the song frontman Neil Roemer explains "Religion breeds violence as much is it promotes peace. Blood has been shed for centuries over a faith. What we believe, we will die for. Still to this day the war carries on."

Motivated by the streets and surrounding political and religious chaos, CUTTHROAT LOS ANGELES uses a mixture of hardcore, beat down, 90's hip-hop and thrash metal as a canvas to express their music. The song "Religion Breeds Violence" is from their upcoming album due out spring 2018 and produced by Rogelio Lozano (Downset, Powerflo) and Billy Graziadei (Biohazard, Powerflo.)

The band will kick off their South American tour GO MOSH! with Brazilian hardcore band Worst on January 25th 2018 in Varginha Brazil. More 2018 dates to be announced!
