Germany’s chart-topping LORD OF THE LOST announce the release of their new live album and DVD/BluRay, 'LIVE at W:O:A', out August 2, 2024, via Napalm Records!

Featuring strong live versions of 16 original hits and two cover songs performed together with German 90s pop sensation Blümchen, 'LIVE at W:O:A' was filmed and recorded during the band’s first-ever performance on the Wacken main stage, as “deadliners” after the iconic headliner Iron Maiden (with whom LORD OF THE LOST has shared the stage on two European tours). Tens of thousands of fans worldwide celebrated in front of the stage late into the night with the band, which vocalist Chris Harms describes as “a dream come true”.      

On the DVD version of 'LIVE at W:O:A', the particularly energetic and dynamic camera work emphasizes the extreme energy of a LORD OF THE LOST concert, as the band performs a balanced set full of surprises. Multi-Grammy-nominated thrash icons Anthrax will see "Kings Among Scotland," the band's long-awaited live-in-concert DVD, arrive in stores and online on April 27, 2018 (Megaforce).  Captured last February 15 at the band's sold-out concert at Glasgow's historic venue Barrowland Ballroom, the two-hour "Kings Among Scotland" incorporates the band's entire live show along with interviews, behind-the-scenes footage and other B-roll shot on the band's tour bus, backstage, in hotels and elsewhere.  The DVD will also include a "gear rundown" from each of the band members.  "Kings Among Scotland" can be pre-ordered starting today; log on to www.anthrax.com for all purchasing information.

"Playing for our friends at the Barrowlands has always been very special," said Anthrax's Frank Bello.  "We all know we're going to get together and have an insanely great time, and we think that incredible interaction and energy really comes through on this video."

With packaging art created by Steve Thompson (Slayer, Motorhead, Iron Maiden), the DVD's concert is presented in two parts.  For part one, Anthrax perfomed the "favorites" that had been voted on pre-show by the band's fans and includes gems like "Madhouse," "Be All, End All," "Breathing Lightning," and "A.I.R."  The band augmented the stage production for part two, with ramps and staircases and other production values while they tore into their classic 1987 album Among The Living, performing "Caught In A Mosh," "I Am the Law," "Indians," "Eflinikufesin (N.F.L.)," and more. 

"It was pretty a intense show," added guitarist Scott Ian, "especially when the crowd was so insane, the floor actually started moving up and down."

"It was a challenge for all of us to play 'Among The Living' live," admits Charlie Benante.  "We've played a number of that album's songs in our shows over the years, but not all of them, and playing a song in a recording studio is not the same as playing it live on stage.  So we put in a lot of time to get all of the tracks down perfectly.  And I'll tell you, after we finished that set, as arduous as it was, we all felt a sense of exhiliration, like we could go out and do it again."

"Kings Among Scotland" was produced, directed, filmed and edited for Film24Productions by Paul M. Green (Opeth, The Damned, The Levellers), with the sound mixed by Anthrax studio producer Jay Ruston.  For the filming, Green utilized 17 cameras, including a crane and several mobile and stationery Go-Pros.

The Unguided has released a live video for the song "Blodbad" from "Eon's End" the bonus DVD to be included on the band's new album "And The Battle Royale".

Says the band: ""Blodbad" has always been a bit of a live favorite within the band so it was great to perform it on Roland's farewell show and capture it for our "Eon's End" DVD. Fast, relentless and doesn't give any breathers for the band nor the listeners. A great preview of a clearly spectacular DVD from an amazing night."

One Ok Rock will release a live Blu-ray and DVD release titled "Live In Nagisaen", the concert film documenting the band's massive performances from September 10th to the 11th of 2016, in front of over 100,000 people, in Nagisaen, Shizuoka, Japan. The Room – Known for their unique fusion of Classic Rock and Prog, have taken to the stage to record their live DVD titled "LIVE @ The Robin 2".

Japanese girls rock band BRATS have released a live music video for "Pain" (with lyrics co-written by singer Rei Kuromiya), one of the new songs they debuted at their March 29 “Reborn” concert at Ikebukuro Live Inn Rosa, the band’s first live event in over 2 years.

The full 6-song live performance is included as a special DVD in the limited-edition release of BRATS' double-A-side single “Ainikoiyo”/”Nounai Shoukyo Game”, on sale in Japan on June 21.

BRATS gave international fans a head-start on the live tracks with audio versions attached to the international digital release of “Ainikoiyo”/”Nounai Shoukyo Game” last week.

Aiden has released their live DVD "Live At The Underworld" which was shot during their run in the U.K. During their final tour, of their sophomore album "Nightmare Anatomy" which they played in it's entirety, on the "The Last Sunrise Tour". You can buy the digital copy HERE. No physical copies of this DVD will be made according to WiL Francis, who will be continuing his solo career as William Control, expect new things soon.

Aiden will be releasing a new live DVD of their 2016 final tour, final showcase that happened on January 31st 2016 in the UK at The Underworld venue. Where the band went on to play a sold out show, after wrapping up a U.S. and U.K. tour, where they celebrated the 10 anniversary of their sophomore album "Nightmare Anatomy" as well as the band's last and final "Self-Titled" album. Of Mice and Men will be releasing their first ever live concert album and live DVD combination set. The concert was shot at the historic London venue in March of 2015, the band teamed up with longtime collaborator Jon Stone to turn around the CD/DVD live package, which features a mix of Of Mice & Men favorites from their early years like “The Depths” and “Second & Sebring” with others like “Would You Still Be There,” “Bones Exposed,” “You’re Not Alone” and “Feels Like Forever.” The Live at Brixton package will be out on May 27 and pre-orders are currently at iTunes HERE and the band's pre-order page HERE. Dope has launched a pre-order for the bands first ever live album, as part of the "Die Mother Fucker Die" Reunion Tour Campaign. The 21 track set was recorded live in Russia and features the classic Dope lineup of Edsel Dope, Acey Slade, Virus, & Racci Shay. The live album celebrates the first time that this "Old School" line up has performed on stage together in more than 13 years.

The first goal of the campaign is to fuel a Dope U.S. Headline tour, featuring the classic "Old School" line up. The ultimate goal is to take the reunion tour around the entire globe throughout 2016. "The United Kingdom, Europe, Asia, and Australia are all part of the plan" says Edsel Dope. "We are all stoked with the insane amount of enthusiasm from fans asking us to bring this line up around the world"….

In addition to the live album, the band plans to film the entire tour, with the intention of creating Dope's first ever "Live DVD". The DVD will also include tons of classic backstage footage, unreleased music videos, as well as various, never before seen clips spanning the bands entire career.

Dope has put together some awesome, exclusive merch packages for the campaign, and everyone who participates will be recognized by having their name featured in the liner notes. The live album will ship in June and is exclusively available at:

Rob Zombie and former Marilyn Manson guitarist John 5 announces the Mad Monster Tour featuring his band John 5 and the Creatures. Select dates will also feature former Misfits member Doyle Wolfgang Von Frankenstein and his band, Doyle. John 5 and the Creatures kick off the tour with a special show in Ramona, Ca on November 4th. The Mad Monster Tour will be in support of John 5’s upcoming greatest hits album. The album will include a live DVD featuring footage of John in concert. John will also be releasing three brand new singles beginning in October.

This fall, Eagle Rock Entertainment will drop the simultaneous release of Rage Against The Machine Live At Finsbury Park on DVD, Blu-ray and digital formats on October 16, 2015 [MSRP $14.98 DVD, $19.98 Blu-ray].

Filmed in high definition at London’s Finsbury Park on June 6, 2010, this concert, which includes “Killing In The Name,” “Bulls On Parade,” “People Of The Sun,” “Guerrilla Radio,” “Bullet In The Head,” “Bombtrack,” “Sleep Now In The Fire,” and a cover of The Clash’s “White Riot”, comes with an interesting back story…

In late 2009, a successful campaign was launched by English DJ Jon Morter and his wife Tracy to promote an alternative to the omnipresent X-Factor winner being the Christmas #1 hit in the UK singles chart. The track they nominated was Rage Against The Machine’s “Killing In The Name.” The band supported the campaign, donated the proceeds from the sales to charity and lead singer Zack de la Rocha promised that Rage Against The Machine would perform a free concert in the UK to celebrate the achievement. This is that concert.

As bonus features, Live At Finsbury Park includes the “Behind The Scenes At Finsbury Park” feature and an interview with Jon & Tracy Morter.

Sonically blending elements of heavy metal, punk and hip-hop with social consciousness, Rage Against The Machine earned acclaim as the thinking man’s rock band. With de la Rocha’s vicious lyrical delivery and guitarist Tom Morello’s guitar innovations (at times “scratching” riffs akin to a DJ) backed by heavy bombastic rhythms, Rage delivered scathing commentary about corporate America, government oppression, and other problems of the world at large, amassing a rabid fan following in the process.
