LORNA SHORE announces The Pain Remains North American headline tour today. The band will be joined by Aborted, Ingested, AngelMaker and Ov Sulfur starting on October 21st in Philly and wrapping on November 20th in Montreal. VIP ticket packages will be available to purchase for each show, which will include a ticket to the show, meet and greet with Lorna Shore, an exclusive VIP t-shirt, a souvenir laminate with a lanyard, a signed poster, a tote bag, an enamel pin and early entry. Hatebreed's seminal classic Perseverance turned 20 years old this year. It remains one of the most important and impactful albums of the new millennium. Of course the Grammy-nominated, Connecticut hardcore crew is going back on the road to celebrate with the most brutal breakdowns and anthemic singalongs the scene has ever known.

 "I can't believe it's been 20 years since the Perseverance album hit," says singer Jamey Jasta. "We're overdue for a headline tour so these shows will be ones for the ages. Show up early and support the great line up of sick bands!"

The "20 Years of Perseverance" Tour kicks off on October 27 in Virginia Beach and runs through November 20 in San Diego.

Gatecreeper will appear from October 27 through November 15, while Bleeding Through will support from November 17 through November 20. Bodysnatcher and Dying Wish will open all dates.

“‘Hurts Like Hell’ might seem like a song about a relationship on the surface; in a way, it is, I suppose,” states New Years Day singer Ash Costello. “As I struggled to navigate how to continue to pursue my passion during the pandemic, I realized that chaos is where I thrive. I will stare down any obstacle, even if I look like a crazy person to subject myself to it. Eleanor Roosevelt said, ‘We all know people who are so afraid of pain that they shut themselves up […] and shrink until life is a mere living death.’ Turning pain into progress and tragedy into triumph is a particularly satisfying victory. New Years Day have also just announced their Fall headline tour today. The band will be on tour starting October 8thin Palmdale, CA and wrapping on October 23rd for the headline run. Batten down the hatches and prepare for battle as the undisputed kings of Viking heavy metal, Amon Amarth, have announced they will be setting sail for US shores this Fall for what is set to be the death metal raid of the year. The tour kicks off on September 8 in Berkeley, California, and runs through October 9 in Seattle. The band will also appear at several key festivals during the run, including Furnace Fest and Aftershock.

"We're finally coming back to North America after the last tour back in 2015," the band says. "We are very sorry to keep you guys waiting for so many years.

Today, breakthrough Mongolian rock act The HU announced details of their long-awaited sophomore album Rumble of Thunder, recorded via Better Noise Music, and released a new single called “Black Thunder” along with an official music video. The band’s 12-track second studio album is set for release September 2 and includes “This Is Mongol,” their eco-conscious single released in May, that now boasts over a million streams in less than two months. “Black Thunder” incorporates Mongolian values, telling a powerful story of battle, faith, and death lyrically and visually. The band has been teasing new music from their sophomore album on their headlining Black Thunder Tour, at Coachella, and soon at Japan’s Fuji Rock Festival, in Australia and New Zealand, on tour with Five Finger Death Punch and Megadeth, and later in Europe and the UK - a full list of dates below. Vocalist Gala shared, ““Black Thunder” is the crown jewel of our second album. The music video is split into two parts and conveys the core values of men through visuals. Our producer Dashka chose a unique location in Mongolia to shoot the video, where we had a great time riding the horses in the vast grassland of our countryside. We hope that our pride in our culture shines through, as we aimed to bring viewers joy and a piece of our culture through this video.” Speaking on their next studio album, he continued, “Our second album will include “Black Thunder,” along with many new songs. The HU’s last official video was set in the Mojave Desert and highlighted their unique core values of natural preservation and spiritual connection with the earth. The video for “Black Thunder” also features an epic backdrop, this time in Mongolia. Directed by Erdenebileg Ganbold and producer Dashka, the video is action packed, taking the viewers through battle and a funeral procession ritual.

Earlier this year, The HU impressed various media with powerful, energizing performances on their Black Thunder Tour and at Coachella, with SF Gate’s Ariana Bindman writing, “The last time I fell in love, it wasn’t with a person. It was with a seven-piece Mongolian heavy metal band belting out guttural war cries while playing Motorhead-style riffs with traditional horsehead fiddles, electric guitars and flutes. This summer, The HU will hit stages across North America, as they head out on tour with Megadeth, Five Finger Death Punch, and Fire From The Gods. Platinum-certified and twice GRAMMY-nominated Michigan rock powerhouse I PREVAIL — Brian Burkheiser (vocals), Eric Vanlerberghe (vocals), Steve Menoian (guitars/bass), Dylan Bowman (guitars), and Gabe Helguera (drums) — have announced their first North American headline tour in support of their new album TRUE POWER. The much-anticipated album arrives via Fearless Records on August 19th 2022.

The band will embark on the "TRUE POWER" tour this fall. Pierce The Veil and Fit For a King will support. Yours Truly will appear on the first leg, while Stand Atlantic will appear on the second leg. The first leg kicks off in Asbury Park, New Jersey and runs through October 9 in Chicago. The second leg picks up in Las Vegas on October 22 with an appearance at the When We Were Young Festival. It wraps on November 22 in Detroit in the band's native Michigan.

North Carolina-based rock outfit Alesana is set to hit the road this summer on the Trilogy Tours Part One: The Emptiness. The dates announced today include the rescheduled dates from the band’s tour last year which was postponed halfway through because of COVID-related issues and will be a continuation of the band playing their album, The Emptiness, in full.

The tour features Palisades as the direct support with Vampires Everywhere and another special guest yet to be announced joining as support. The two legs of the tour currently run from July 7th to July 17th and August 19th through August 28th. More dates and VIP will be released soon.

The sound of steel will ring out loud and proud once again this summer, as EXMORTUS return to the west coast this July for a series of headline shows. Hot of the heels of a couple of sold-out performances supporting EvilDead and the reformed Bonded By Blood in Pomona, and then Vio-Lence in Oakland the past two weekends the death/thrash/shred quartet don’t want to stop and in addition to a couple dates previously announced supporting death metal legends Massacre in early July Exmortus have extended their run with a slew of their own shows all over the west coast.

Exmortus are bringing out a couple of fine support acts of their own for these dates – Bay Area thrashers Hatriot (whose fourth album, “The Vale of Shadows,” releases July 22nd on Massacre Records and features two sons of Exodus frontman Steve Souza) and Portland’s dark power metallers Silver Talon who are touring in support of “Decadence and Decay,” their praised debut full-length on M-Theory Audio and who recently performed at Vancouver’s Hyperspace Festival and Chicago’s Legions of Metal.

“We’re anxious to get back out and continue our traditional summer headlining run,” announces singer/guitarist Jadran “Conan” Gonzalez. “We just got out of the studio and we’re psyched to hit the road and bring a couple of great new bands with us.”
