Los Angeles metal titans Winds Of Plague have debuted an all new music video today for their brand new track "Never Alone." Premiering exclusively via Loudwire and directed by Orie McGinness, this is the first bit of music we're hearing from the band from their upcoming LP. "Never Alone was actually one of the first songs written for this record and immediately became the balance point for the remaining songs that were to be written," says vocalist Johnny Plague. "It's not the heaviest song of the record and it isn't the most melodic song of the record. I wanted this to be the first taste of the new album because I feel it best represents the new music showcasing both the dark symphonic arrangements and the vast range of vocal styles used on the record."

"I have always used WOP music videos as an opportunity to create cinematic shorts. Never Alone is no different. We partnered with Enlighten Creative Studio's to tell the story of a misunderstood woman who has harnessed her inner demons to her advantage. I design and produce haunted attractions for my career so it's always fun when I can bring my two worlds together to create these videos."

Winds Of Plague will release Blood Of My Enemy via Entertainment One Music (eOne) / Good Fight Music on October 27, 2018. The all new effort will be the follow up to the widely celebrated Resistance LP released in 2013. Johnny continues, "Over a year ago I started making weekly trips up to a small apartment in North Hollywood on my days off to work on music for WOP with Noah Sebastian from Bad Omens. It was strange at first since past WOP records were worked on in larger recording studio's or rehearsal spaces and now here I am sitting on the floor of this bedroom working on record number six."

"Never Alone" is available as an iTunes instant gratification track. Fans who pre order the LP on iTunes will get the track as an instant download. "Never Alone" is also available on all streaming platforms starting today.

Johnny continues, "Although it was different and humbling it proved to be the unedited creative environment we needed for this record. We had no time limits, no 'suits' giving their input. It was just a few friends sitting in a room together, having a good time creating music. Something I haven't been able to experience in a very long time. Sometimes to move forward you have to take a few steps back. I can confidently say this is the most satisfied I have been with a WOP record. I feel producer's Noah Sebastian and Joakim Karlsson have helped us to further develop our unique approach to symphonic deathcore with distinct epic orchestral backed chorus's walking the fine line of brutal and melodic."

Additionally, the band teamed up with artist Pär Olofsson to create the stunning cover art seen below. "'Blood Of My Enemy' takes us back to the iconic samurai theme. The imagery is inspired by a lyric from the title track 'I will give my life on the battlefield, drowning in the blood of my enemy' Which represents to me a 'I will fight to the end' state of mind. Pär Olofsson brilliantly portrays the aftermath of an epic war showing an almost celestial spark of life amongst the carnage."

"Over two years ago Winds Of Plague played a show at Chain reaction in Anaheim with Bleeding Through on their farewell tour. While I was walking off that stage I was certain that would have been the final show for us as well. We had an amazing 10 year run, played some wild shows, met a lot of great people and now it was time to focus on ourselves as individuals and let the band fade into the background."

"However, I was wrong. Now, in 2016 we find ourselves grounded and in a place to return to the stage. After playing a handful of SoCal shows, the fire and passion is raging harder than ever and we are very excited to announce our first run of headlining shows in years. The run of shows takes us to Texas and back accompanied by hard hitters Rings Of Saturn and Enterprise Earth."

Winds of Plague have exclusively released their haunting new video for "Say Hello To The Undertaker" on PureVolume. The track comes from their new album Resistance. “This is part two of our previous video, 'Open The Gates Of Hell,'" explains singer Johnny Plague. "Picking up where we left off, our young woman wakes up in a dark, strange building. As she explores this place, she sees doors that have words written in blood on them. The words are various deadly sins and as she looks inside she witnesses different characters that seem trapped in these rooms focused only on these sins they have spent their lives indulging in. Later she is grabbed by the same angel of death character from the previous video and dragged to the throne of Satan to be judged for sentencing.” Check out the video HERE.

"Drop The Match", the new Shan Dan-directed video from Los Angeles metallers WINDS OF PLAGUE, can be viewed below. The song comes off the band's third full-length album, "Against The World", which sold 8,700 copies in the United States in its first week of release to debut at position No. 60 on The Billboard 200 chart. Released on April 19 via Century Media Records, the CD features guest appearances from members of HATEBREED, TERROR, FOR TODAY, STRAY FROM THE PATH and former world heavyweight wrestling champion and sports entertainment legend Ultimate Warrior (who performs an epic spoken-word track entitled "The Warrior Code"). It is described in a press release as "the heaviest-hitting record of the band's already heralded career."

WINDS OF PLAGUE created exclusive editions of "Against The World" for both Hot Topic and FYE, each with its own artwork. Fans who purchased from FYE received a free bonus live CD, recorded at the Glass House in Pomona, California by John Montes at Small City Studios. The Hot Topic special edition features a DVD full of more than an hour of content including a live performance from the Glass House, tour footage from around the world, the making-of footage from the "Against The World" sessions and more produced by Jeremy Schott for MentalSuplex Productions.

The launch of SoundCheck Hollywood located on the very infamous Sunset Strip next to the most ranked venues known Whisky A Go-Go, Roxy, Key Club, and Viper Room aside from the House Of Blues up the street. This venue goes back to the time when Tower Records roamed these city streets. Now that, time of age is behind us SoundCheck Hollywood is serving a purpose to unite musicians and music fans together as one. SoundCheck Hollywood will feature everything from Vinyl to CDs, DVDs, from all artists spanning across these past decades. Having also available very limitied edition memorbilla that will cover its 4 walled outlet. This is the place to be when it comes to all things music.

By experiecing a "backstage" atmosphere rather than having your typical 5 second rule. SoundCheck Hollywood explains "We want to create an intimate environment that no other store has ever offered fans when they go to meet their favorite artists at a signing. SoundCheck's backstage will be far different from your typical "move-it-along" setting, i.e. having a line of people looking over your shoulder while you are sharing your coveted moment with the band you came to meet" Avildsen added. All the brand new releases that normally drop on Tuesdays will be dropping 9PM the night before. "If a kid can buy it on iTunes on the east coast at that moment, then people in California should be able to buy the physical version in person too."

To top it off, whether you are just browsing the store or waiting in line to get backstage at SoundCheck Hollywood, fans can enjoy the two fully restored, timeless arcade pinball machines found inside: GUNS N ROSES and WWF ROYAL RUMBLE, which are free to customers.

After annihilating the masses on the Rockstar Energy Mayhem Fest all summer long Southern California's purveyors of pain, WINDS OF PLAGUE, return to further spread their carnage across North America this winter on the “December Decimation” headlining tour. This stellar bill, presented by Merch Warehouse and Fight Magazine, is jammed packed with cutting edge brutality that makes this the must see event of the winter for metalheads across the nation. The trek, which kicks off on Nov. 26th and wraps up on Dec. 23rd at the third annual December Decimation Fest at The Glasshouse in Pomona, CA, also features After The Burial, Carnifex, War of Ages and Upon A Burning Body.

WINDS OF PLAGUE is currently holed up in Los Angeles with renowned producer Matt Hyde (Slayer, Hatebreed) tracking what is easily going to be their career defining opus. This is the band's most cohesive and focused offering yet and is currently set for an early 2011 release through Century Media Records. Stay tuned over the coming weeks to the band's MySpace page for an in-depth webisode series giving a very candid, sneak peek into the recording process.

Johnny Plague (vocals) further states: “Coming off of Mayhem (the biggest tour of our career) was inspiring to say the least. Literally, the day after Mayhem Fest ended we were in the studio hard at work on new material. Fast forward a few weeks and we are now into week one of the recording process for our new album (yet to be named). We set out with producer Matt Hyde to raise the bar for WINDS OF PLAGUE both as a band and as musicians. We put a lot of our writing focus into the energy and the structure of the songs and everything else just seemed to fall into place naturally."

Although it is early in the recording process I can confidently say this will be our best offering yet. Both fans of Decimate The Weak and The Great Stone War will be pleased for we haven’t altered the formula or strayed from our roots, but injected them with rage and fury. The game certainly will change in 2011. See you all on the road soon.

WINDS OF PLAGUE has changed the landscape of heavy music upon release of their highly acclaimed, vicious new album, The Great Stone War, which made an impressive debut in its first week landing at #73 on the Billboard Top 200 chart. The offering quickly propelled the band to the forefront of the American metal scene and serve as a much needed wake up call to the genre.
