(NASDAQ:HAS) today revealed the next exciting chapter for its successful MY LITTLE PONY franchise.  MY LITTLE PONY: PONY LIFE, is an all-new animated series produced by Hasbro’s Allspark Animation, launching in 2020, with a robust product line inspired by the series and available from select retailers this winter.

Malet Grace has announced a brand new EP titled "Humanocide", which is the follow-up to their debut album "Malsanity" released in 2017.

"Humanocide" confirms the achieved technical-compositional maturity, and highlights an evolution in the band's style: in-your-face attitude, meticulous search for optimal balancing of instruments, sound trademark recognition. The EP has been recorded in Latina by Marco Fanella, (iDottori).

When asked about the EP, the band says: "Why HUMANOCIDE? Because we are all actors in a perverse show, while being fed by an obstinate REDEMPTION OF FEAR.

With this EP Malet Grace are still facing the contrast between good and evil, concerning themes such as terrorism, maniacal depravity, international politics dismay.

MALERIE represents Malet's female counterpart on Earth, camouflaging herself among the atrocities and the horrors of an imminent apocalypse for the human race.

At last, a hope can be instilled by A COMPENSATION OF SOULS: corrupted religions and politics will be destroyed until there won't be nothing but absolute poverty."

Italian doom/post-metal band WOWS will release the video for their song "Chakpori" in March 2018. The song is taken from the band's critically acclaimed album "AION" which was released in November 2015.

The band commented  "This is the last song we wrote for AION, the process was very hard for us but we love this song and we always open our gigs with it.  It is a sum of all the ambiance we like to hear in a song and the final part always makes our hearts skip a bit when the voice screams "show me your skies."

U.S. heavy rockers Solders Of Solace, will release their debut album "We Are Immortal", on January 26, 2018 via German based label Rock’N’Growl Records, a division of Rock’N’Growl Promotion. The album includes 10 tracks and was produced by Solders Of Solace, that was recorded at Dexters Lab Recording LLC by Nick Bellmore and Zeuss. All tracks were mixed and mastered by Zeuss. The cover artwork was made by Andy Pilkington of Very Metal Art (Soil, Flotsam & Jetsam, Fury, Kissin’ Dynamite, Bloodstock Festival). Soulfly/Cavalera Conspiracy guitarist Marc Rizzo has set the release date for his new album "Rotation", in stores March 30th 2018 via Combat Records/EMP Label Group/Amped in North America, and Combat/SPV in Europe. 'Roration" is the 4th solo release for Rizzo, following 2004’s "Colossal Myopia", 2006's "The Ultimate Devotion" (both released by legendary shred label Shrapnel) and the independently released 2010's "Legionnaire".

Produced by Chris “Zeuss” Harris (Hatebreed, Soulfly, Rob Zombie, Chimaira), and featuring cover art by Melody Myers (Escape The Fate), "Rotation" is a blistering showcase of Rizzo’s pummeling eclectic diversity, showcased on album tracks including “Spectral Intensities”, “Thrash Boogie”, and title track “Rotation”, combining Rizzo’s penchant for pummeling, low-end riffs, with thrash-intensive leads and heavy Latin flavor.

Originally a member of New Jersey latin-metal favorites Ill Nino. appearing on their classic 2001 Roadrunner release "Revolution Revolucion", and 2003 follow-up "Confession", Rizzo joined Soufly in 2004, and has since appeared on all subsequent Soulfly records, including "Prophecy", "Dark Ages", "Conquer", "Omen", and "Conspiracy", the side project of Sepultura co-founding brotherly duo Max and Iggor Cavalera and has performed on all of Cavalera Conspiracy releases including "Inflikted", "Blunt Force Trauma", "Pandemonium", and critically acclaimed 2017's "Psychosis".

Also contributing to several of the aforementioned Soulfly albums, including "Prophecy" and "Dark Ages", was Megadeth bassist David Ellefson, who contributed bass to both releases and did some touring, which led to a connection to Rizzo, and the alliance with Ellefson’s reboot of legendary Metal label Combat Records.

Rizzo is also a part-time guitarist for Combat label-mates Dead By Wednesday (first appearing on the band’s 2016 EMP release, "The Darkest Of Angels"), rounding out a label roster that also includes upcoming releases from legendary Metal acts Raven, Helstar, and Wrath.

“Marc’s an awesome guitar player. He’s a badass.” Says Ellefson. “So when Thom started talking to him about his new record, Zeuss sent over some tracks, and we were all really excited. And it just turned out to be a great, natural fit for the new incarnation of Combat. Marc is a brutal, heavy player, but so technically proficient and tasteful, and able to blend so many styles into what he does, whatever he’s doing, whether it’s Soulfly, Cavalera Conspiracy, or his solo stuff.”

Says Rizzo, “I spent a couple years talking to David and Thom (Hazaert) about releasing Rotation and when the Combat thing came up it just really felt right. I have known both David and Thom, literally for the better part of 2 decades, and I’m really excited to have such a killer team putting their stamp on my record.”

Rizzo will hit the road with Soufly and Nile in the Spring, and will enter the studio to begin work on the new Soulfly record in January 2018!

Make a Change… Kill Yourself joins Cursed Records for the upcoming album "IV". The fourth album by the Danes marks the first studio full length since "Fri", in 2012. CD and MC versions will be released on the 15th of January 2018, whereas LP version will be announced in January! The album was recorded in autumn of 2016 in ‘Mughullet’ by Ynleborgaz. Lyrics are written by Nattetale and Ynleborgaz. The fourth album "IV", features 2 songs, totaling 42 minutes of new Make A Change... Kill Yourself music.

"We at Cursed Records are proud that we are bringing our collaboration to a new level. We asked Make a Change... Kill Yourself for a comment on the album or our collaboration… we were told that everything one needs to know is already written in the band’s name."

Musical polymath Jonny Polonsky is back with a new album titled "Fresh Flesh", an ambitious collection of mesmerizing songs that push the boundaries of ambient rock n’ roll. Imposing limits of simplicity on the song structures helped his band to create vibrant first takes on songs about love, sex, death and power, according to Polonsky.

Influences like Joy Division, the Cure and Siouxsie and the Banshees collided with glam, 90s rock and punk; the sounds on the album are a synthesis of the same, without sounding exactly like any of them. The album comes out January 19, 2018 on Sound Science Industries. February 9th, they’ll celebrate the release with a full band show at Hotel Cafe, they hit the stage at 9pm.

Throughout history, the San Francisco Bay Area has long been deemed as the epicenter for thrash metal, whereas Los Angeles has invariably been considered the stomping ground for glam and hair metal. True, San Francisco has birthed many exceptional thrash bands since the early '80s, but the fact remains - Los Angeles is the rightful birthplace of three of the "Big 4" thrash bands and is the breeding grounds for unconventional thrash/punk-metal bands. From legendary thrash icons Metallica, Slayer, and Megadeth, to punk/metal renegades Suicidal Tendencies and combative thrash stalwarts Dark Angel and Hirax, they all generated from this pretentious, megalopolis hellhole we call Los Angeles.

X Japan launched its official Instagram account this week to commemorate the Japanese DVD/Blu-ray release of "We Are X" on December 13, 2017. The band’s award-winning documentary film is currently dominating this week’s charts, earning the #1 spot on Amazon, iTunes, and other retailers.

The "We Are X", Japanese video release is available in a Collectors Edition, Special Edition, and Standard Edition. The Blu-ray Collectors Edition includes exclusive gold commemorative packaging able to be wall-mounted for decoration, available as both a 3-disc and 1-disc version.

The 3-disc versions of the Special Edition and Collectors Edition feature original Japanese content, including Yoshiki’s piano performance at the Sundance Film Festival and the Japan “We Are X: World Tour 2017″ edition of the film.

The Japanese releases also include bonus footage, such as the songs “Kurenai” and “Forever Love”, from X Japan: The Last Live, held on December 31st, 1997, as well as unreleased footage and interviews with X Japan members not included in the theatrical release. In addition, the Special Edition also includes a 24-page photo book with rare images and liner notes.

American actor, Lee Vervoort, best known for his role as a Savior in Seasons 6 and 7 of AMC's “The Walking Dead,” is set to play the lead character in an upcoming music video for the song, "Cold And Alone," from Nashville rock mainstay, Charlie Bonnet III.  The video is scheduled to be released on Christmas Day, 2017.

The song, taken from Bonnet's recently released “Sinner With A Song” EP, was co-produced, mixed, and mastered by L.A. Guns guitarist, Tracii Guns.  Tracii is also credited with playing the B3 organ on the track.

"This song is about a man dealing with a mid life crisis," reveals Bonnet.  "He blames the world for his problems, instead of himself."  Vervoort, a long time fan of Charlie's music, was quick to take on the lead role when asked.  "Lee was doing a meet and greet at a bike fest we played with the band last summer, and we just hit it off.  It turns out that he had been following my career since the 1990's, and of course, we are big fans of “The Walking Dead,” so it was a no-brainer that we needed to work together on something,” says Bonnet.

The video shows Vervoort reminiscing of his childhood and visiting places where he would play as a child.  His childhood self is played by the young actor, Charlie Harden.

The video also features award winning tattoo artist, Tim Harden, of Forsaken Tattoos, based out of Decherd, Tennessee.  Video production was handled by Luminous Midnight Films.

Thy Antichrist is an existentialist black metal band showcasing extreme elements that's been making tidal waves in the underground metal community since 1998 and has been building an important fan base around the world.

In 2016, these US based Black Metallers found a home with the reputable Extreme Management Group, as well as joined the roster of well-known booking agency, Continental Concerts. With a stout history and commanding presence, Thy Antichrist has tremendous potential for further growth going with the recent worldwide signing with Napalm Records! Napalm Records is more than proud to welcome such a hardworking, ambitious and promising band to the roster and to unveil first album details of the bands Napalm Records debut "Wrath Of The Beast"!

The band comments on the new album:
"We read Aleister Crowley's wicked spell to awake an ancient evil pharaoh from the ashes of time, to condemn this modern world of chaos by the cursed hands of man. We invoke the Wrath of the Beast, the eclipsing star that rises from the east!"

Black Lodge an American industrial rock band whose foundation was the summer of 2012 by guitarist and programmer Johnny Royal. Whose career has gone from musician to film as he has branched out into the art form of directing and writing his first film titled "The Royal Art Of Freemasonry". Italian heavy metal band Hanger Theory released their debut EP "Painting My Breath". The album was recorded at "HT Studios" and mixed/mastered by Marco Falanga. Hanger Theory was formed in 2013 at Udine, Italy by Stefano Andriola.


The band published its first single "Painting my Breath" in March 2016, and started working on their debut EP which was ready on June 2017. Check out a teaser of the EP release over HERE.
