 This fall, the classic season for dark and romantic music, BLACK VEIL BRIDES and VV (VILLE VALO) will co-headline a massive tour in select cities across North America. Presented by Hot Topic, the BVB & VV 2023 Tour (featuring special guests DARK DIVINE) combines three unique bands who champion the heavy-hearted, hopeless, and broken with mixtures of high intensity and melody.

“We cannot wait to join forces with VILLE VALO and give both of our audiences in North America an unforgettable experience each night,” says BLACK VEIL BRIDES frontman Andy Biersack. “This run has been in the works for quite a while. We couldn't be happier now that we can finally share the news. VILLE is an icon. We have all been fans of his, not only for his work in the hugely influential band HIM but as a torchbearer for an entire generation of rock fans and musicians.”

“There's something tinnitus-inducingly romantic about the idea of being sandwiched nightly between BLACK VEIL BRIDES and DARK DIVINE on this autumnal trek across North America,” muses VALO. “And imagining us explore the architecture of doom and gloom from three distinctly different musical perspectives has already made the bats in my belfry suitably ravenous.”

Andy adds, “This tour is a dream come true and will be something special. DARK DIVINE is new to the scene but garnering a lot of attention quickly and rightfully so. They are hands down one of the best young bands out there, and we are certain the BVB Army and VV fans will love them.”

BabyMetal and Funko Pop have already had a collaboration with the exclusive Hot Topic t-shirt released not that long ago. Speculation was surfacing as to if the t-shirt would lead to actual Funko Pop figures. Well the answer is YES! The trio comprised of Su-metal, Yuimetal, and Moametal are coming this December! The trio will be sold separately not together! They are series 43 through 45 in the Funko Pop line! Check out photos below and expect to see these at local retails and online as well!

Funko Pop is a toy based company that has launched a series of bobble head figures and other types of figures from various licenses of movies, TV, anime, cartoons, and music. There was mention of them releasing an exclusive t-shirt to Hot Topic retailer of the infamously popular, Japanese group BabyMetal! Now that exclusive t-shirt has hit the Hot Topic retailer online, the t-shirt in question displays the three girls, with the written text of their names and "Metal Resistance 2015" as opposed to the "Tokyo Tour 2015" as the prototype previously stated. Check out photos of the t-shirt and pick one up HERE. Expect to see Funko Pop toy figures of the three girls SOON?

Hot Topic interviewed Funko CEO Brian Mariotti who discussed the Funko brand, it's past, present, and future. Where he discusses the Pop brand as well that has expanded into TV, film, cartoons, anime, and books, with plans on extending it's merchandise with an all new t-shirt design that will take some of it's current licenses and even up-and-coming music brands including JPop act BabyMetal! The MY LITTLE PONY: FRIENDSHIP IS MAGIC Picture Disc LP will be made available in two different variants including a “Princess Celestia” edition as well as a “Princess Luna” edition. Hasbro's My Little Pony Friendship Is Magic line has had it's own version of plushies with it's Funrise brand but now that 4th Dimension Entertainment has joined in, they have there own take with  more accurate show plushies. These will be available in large 10.5 sizes and small sizes coming out this fall.  Twilight Sparkle, Pinkie Pie, and Fluttershy are currently available for now with the rest of the ponies to follow. You can likely find the small sizes at Hot Topic retailers with the large sizes POSSIBLY also being at Hot Topic if not other retailers.

Metal rock n' rollers Snow White's Poison Bite is currently in the recording studio finishing up their follow-up release to their debut album "The Story of Kristy Killings". Their brand new album and debut release on Victory Records will be called "Featuring: Dr.Gruesome And The Gruesome Gory Horror Show" and be available on April 16th! You can purchase the "The Story of Kristy Killings" HERE.

But that's not all Snow White's Poison's Bite has got some merch at the Victory Record's store HERE as well as an exclusive t-shirt over at Hot Topic's webstore HERE.

While hard at work on his upcoming sophomore album "Wish Upon A Blackstar", Celldweller mastermind Klayton took to the road on his first tour in five years, with Bret from Blue Stahli as the other half of the live crew. Footage was taken in the US, Russia, Canada, & Japan for Celldweller's upcoming "Live Upon A Blackstar" DVD/Bluray which comes out on April 17th. Today Celldweller has released the accompanying audio-only CD/MP3 version of "Live Upon A Blackstar" on iTunes, Beatport and through the FiXT Store.

Modern Day Escape released its crushing sophomore album, Under The Gun, earlier this week on Standby Records. The band has teamed up with HotTopic.com to premiere a very special lyric video for “The Syndicate,” a track vocalist, James Vegas, says is dedicated to the band’s legion of die-hard fans. “’The Syndicate’ is about us and our amazing fans,” said Vegas. “They're so supportive and badass. They will do anything to come to our shows, and we will do anything for them.”

The band relied on the never-ending support of the “Syndicate” to provide the visuals for this one-of-a-kind lyric video, and the response was overwhelming. Head over to HotTopic.com – a tribute to the driving force behind Modern Day Escape.

Motionless In White have given Hot Topic an exclusive look into their brand new video for "Immaculate Misconception" from their album "Creatures". The video is to premiere on November 11, 2011 features cameos from NY Ink star Megan Massacre and legendary Twisted Sister frontman Dee Snider (whose son Cody directed the clip). Black Veil Bride's sophomore release "Set The World On Fire" released this past week via Lava Music/Universal Republic Records sold an estimate of 20,000 to 25,000 copies in the United States in just its first week. This lead the band to do a promotional run of Hot Topic Meet and Greets across Southern California which included a free show happening June 18th at Hollywood's Hot Topic courtyard.

But with such success comes a tragedy and this struck frontman Andy Biersack during that Saturday night performance. During the band's 35-minute set Biersack climbed atop a platform and attempted to scoot/jump across it and back onto the stage but in his mists of doing this he fell on his left side breaking three ribs. Though he was indeed seriously injured Biersack continued to perform without resistance but has now been hospitalized.

Footage of the occurrence was caught on tape by a BVB Army recruiter and let's just say it isn't a pretty sight to  bear witness too. As such the Black Veil Brides will after the need of rescheduling will embark on this summer's Vans Warped Tour and then begin a spree of dates in the fall alongside Seattle's Aiden.
