Back in June of 2025, when interviewing Michael Vampire of Vampires Everywhere, I had asked IF an anniversary tour would commence in celebration of the 15th anniversary for the band's debut album "Kiss The Sun Goodbye".... 


Well the "first run" of this trek will happen this fall 2025 on the east coast! Support will be coming from the band Another Days Dawn on all dates! Check out the tour dates below.

Having gotten into metalcore band Vampires Everywhere back when they started in 2009, releasing their debut EP and later debut album "Kiss The Sun Goodbye" in 2011. The band would see numerous line-up changes spanning their career, going from a 6 piece down to a 4 piece nowadays, since their comeback yet again happened in 2021. Me having caught them on their last comeback back in 2016, before that catching them from 2010 through 2011. But back in 2010 was when I would catch them not only live and get the chance to interview them as well. Ever since last speaking with them and seeing them live, tonight in Los Angeles County would be the chance to catch them again!

Taking part in the Satanic Panic Tour" alongside Psyclon Nine and Cultus Black, this run would be brief but a decent run, the frontman vocalist Michael Vampire, indeed he is a vampire of the night, would go off to say that since this recent comeback, the band's current run would be going better than expected. Tonight's LA performance being held in LA County where a lot of the time their performances would take place in Hollywood. So tonight at the Echo it would be a nice change of pace.

Doors opened at 7PM, with the first band kicking things off at 8PM would be openers Cultus Black, whose performance brought to mind, what if Marilyn Manson and Slipknot had a baby, that is what you would get when this band. A little metalcore, thrash, nu-metal, mixed with some goth, industrial elements, that made the music heavy yet intense. The frontman being very forward with the audience, interacting with them throughout the set, asking how everyone was doing, if anyone had seen the band before, asking everyone to get a bit rowdy in the pit, all good things! The band delivered an extensive set regardless, lots of lighting effects, heaviness with their performance, and just an easy going momentum that kept it all in check.

CULTUS BLACK:




 

During the inter-changes between bands would be a DJ spinning classic emo, metal, goth hits, ranging from Nine Inch Nails, The 69 Eyes, HIM, and My Chemical Romance to name a few. This person’s talent was just that, talented, that the crowd danced along to the tunes spun out, having a nice time.

Following them would be Psyclon Nine, an interesting take on the metal genre, delivering a screamo meets black metal, crossed with industrial, goth mix. Their frontman had a screamy tone to their vocal change, with their band being a trio piece, it captured the essence being more dramatic, yet bouncey with such energy it felt needed. They were one of those bands, that grabbed your attention, holding it throughout the entire performance. It was interesting, and it kept the audience in check, making it worth wild for that energetic antics. 

PSYCLON NINE:


Ending the night would be Vampires Everywhere whose timeless metalcore would be unleashed, with a set list capturing working’s from various releases, having songs such as “Star of 666”, ""Witch", "Ghost", "Antichrist" and two cover songs that included Katy Perry's "Teenage Dream" and The Lost Boys film's "Cry Little Sister", along with their classic "Immortal Love".  During their performances would be go go dancers. With them entertaining the crowd, with the band performing, headbanging, clapping, and getting everyone into the mood of the evening. A minor mosh pit would pop up, with even the frontman jumping into the action at the end. It was an endless time of fun, energy, and bloody goodness that kept this band vivid and alive again.

VAMPIRES EVERYWHERE:



 

Whilst Vampires Everywhere may have had it’s ups and down’s at times, tonight’s performance was intimate yet so much fun. It brought back the timeless memories of the good old days, of when first discovering them, and seeing just how far along they have come since then.

Metalcore vamp rock band Vampires Everywhere has had it's ups and down's countless times. Releasing an array of works, ranging from EP's, albums, and singles. This recent comeback would make this stake in the coffin stick! Frontman vocalist Michael Vampire himself, talks to me after 15 years since our very first and last talk back in 2010!
