The Dead Rabbitts latest EP Edge of Reality is available now on iTunes HERE.

The Dead Rabbitts are a metalcore super group from Phoenix, AZ. The band is comprised of Craig Mabbitt (Escape the Fate), Alex Torres (Eyes Set to Kill, The Greeley Estates, Alesana), Agustus Cryns, TJ Bell (Escape the Fate, Motionless in White), and Chris Julian. The music is reminiscent of Mabbitt’s previous groups Blessthefall and The Word Alive.

The Dead Rabbitts teamed up with To Write Love on Her Arms and PledgeMusic to release their first EP Edge of Reality. Through PledgeMusic, fans were able to pre-order the EP along with extra items such as signed CD's, posters, concert tickets, and more. People who pre-ordered the album through the website, or "pledged", would also be able to download the album earlier than others. When the pre-orders hit the target goal, 5% of the money raised would be donated to To Write Love On Her Arms. Pledgers would also receive updates and exclusive videos. Mabbitt released certain songs from the EP when the target percentage of donations reached certain points, such as 55% or 75%. The target was reached on October 4, 2012, and the album was released on October 19, 2012

After the release, The Dead Rabbitts set off on The Pizza Party Tour with Get Scared, Rob the Cartel, and As Thick As Thieves. Coming off of an impressive year, the group caught interest of Tragic Hero Records who signed the band and will release their first full-length album. The record will be produced by Andrew Wade (A Day To Remember, Motionless in White).

It’s looking like 2014 will start off with some good will, as Falling in Reverse and Escape the Fate have announced plans to team up on the ‘Bury the Hatchet’ tour. This is a bill that many fans thought might never come after frontman Ronnie Radke‘s tumultuous split from Escape the Fate in 2008.

To his credit, Radke, who now fronts Falling in Reverse, came up with the idea for the trek for the fans, deciding it was time to put aside past differences and give older Escape the Fate fans a chance to see the onetime cohorts playing the same stage together again.

We spoke with both Radke and Escape the Fate’s current frontman Craig Mabbitt about the trek and both revealed that the fans were the primary consideration in putting together the run. Radke explained, “I just woke up one day and thought what better philosophy could there be than offering them a tour, so they agreed and we’re all set to do it on Jan. 15 … and it’s all for the fans. I know they’ll be so excited, so I just can’t imagine.”

Mabbitt added that he’s had a similar idea of putting together a trek with his former band Blessthefall, and while that hasn't happened yet, he’s thrilled with the idea of playing shows again with Radke and his new group Falling in Reverse. “I got an email from Ronnie saying, ‘Would you be down to do this?’ and I said, ‘You don’t know how down I am. I've had this idea for a while,’” says Mabbitt. “So it came together pretty well, and all he had to do was ask.”

As for getting past old wounds, Radke stated, “There’s a lot of respect there, so there’s no worry of bad stuff happening. It’s been great and everyone’s on the same page. It’s like old times, cause I’ve had fun hanging out with the guys and it’s all good.”

And Mabbitt feels that the fans of the two bands will follow the groups’ lead. He explains, “We pretty much told each other that people aren't going to be allowed to be sourpusses. It’s just stupid. You don’t belong here then. The only turmoil there that’s been with our fans that we have seen has been that they think it’s not okay to like both bands. And really, at the end of the day, it hurts both bands. It hurts both of us. So to have these kids be like it’s water under the bridge, now you have two great artists that you can support.”

Both bands are still figuring out what they will bring to the trek in terms of stage setup, but fans of both acts can definitely expect a show that is not to be missed. The tour gets underway Jan. 15 in Los Angeles and will make 24 stops before concluding on Feb. 14 in Pomona, California. Chelsea Grin and Survive This will provide support on all dates. Tickets for all dates will go on sale this Thursday, Oct. 31. Check out the exclusive interview AP had with Craig and Ronnie HERE.

Falling In Reverse just kicked off their fall headlining tour with I See Stars, Enter Shikari, and Letlive. But the tour post had mentioned a "very special guest" would be on route too but whom? Well there was a hint hidden on the poster with the initials "ETF".

Fans couldn't figure it out but had a feeling perhaps Escape The Fate? It just so happens that the openers for Falling In Reverse are indeed Escape The Fate! BUT not so much it's actually Falling In Reverse in disguise the entire band of Falling In Reverse are playing the songs that Ronnie had originally written and sang while in Escape The Fate and are disguised in black ski masks. Hence the joke "The Thug In Me Is You" given their choice of appearance. It makes sense because why would Ronnie produce and publish a whole album directed towards hating ETF, just to tour with them?

Either way what do you think of this and what do you think the future will hold? Perhaps an ETF 2.0?

Escape The Fate's frontman Craig Mabbit will be hitting the road on his new side project The Dead Rabbitts with support from Get Scared, Rob The Cartel and more! Check out where and when below.

Craig Mabbit's all new project Dead Rabbitts have got a new release coming up soon and have released a few songs including this all new one with lyrics! It's called "World Of Disaster" and you can sing-a-along below!

LYRICS:

Get out of my face, I hope you realize just how elementary
you sound. Someone please get this kid a band-aid before he bleeds disease, all over town.
I cannot stand the way, you hate on everything, it needs to end today your ego's drivin me insane.
I need some work as well I know, I know
I suppose, I suppose if we all try harder
to start relating, maybe we'd stop the hating
I propose, I propose that we all try harder
to spread some joy and laughter, in this world of disaster
Here we go again, there is no limit to the lies you give.
I look, at my eyes, in the mirror
I see, that i'm, just like the enemy.
I have to break away, before it get's too late
we all have light to shine it's time that we illuminate
now is the time to let it show.
(yet she's the only crowd I need
leila your the only crowd I need.)
Am I just wasting time? on all my dreams in life
I need some inspiration
been tryin my whole life, and still i feel unacceptable
in the eyes of the father.

Since the departure of Max Green leaving for unknown reasons and Bryan "Monte" Money's touring break off these members have been replaced. Monte's brother has taken Bryan Money's spot and replacing Max Green's spot is TJ Bell while the only original-original member is Robert Ortiz with Craig Mabbit falling close behind as being an original member since his membership began in 2008.

In other ETF news the band has been hard at work writing and recording for their upcoming fourth full-length album have done an assortment of the recording in February of this year along with Mabbit's solo EP called "Edge Of Reality" with his new act called Dead Rabbitts also being underway. Expect to catch these guys on their tour happening within the next couple of months.

Escape The Fate's frontman Craig Mabbitt has been quite the busy bee as of late with Max Green now gone, Craig has focused all of his energy and time into writing all new material for his upcoming solo album and all new Escape The Fate release. With that he's released a new solo song, "Edge Of Reality" which can be streamed on his Facebook page.

Escape The Fate and Ronnie Radke fans this is some news you need to hear. Apparently Max Green bassist/vocalist for Escape The Fate since the beginning may possibly be leaving Escape The Fate. Say what? There are two reasons as to why this MAY happen….

One is that Falling In Reverse Ronnie Radke’s new band kicked out their original bassist and is seeking a new one so put two and two together and you MAY see Max Green pop into the mix. The second reason is that when Ronnie was involved in the olden days of Escape The Fate him and Max were best buds so it looks like the two made up after the aftermath of Radke being kicked out of Escape The Fate and Craig Mabbit formerly of Blessthefall coming into the picture. So now that those two made up via Twitter, who knows what will happen next. We may even see a collaboration of a possible tour of Escape The Fate and Falling In Reverse happen.

But according to an interview in the Las Vegas Weekly with Radke, he goes into saying that his debut album "The Drug In Me Is You", out July 26th via Epitaph Records, he states that "This record is his own take and "war" against Escape The Fate bashing a lot of shit for what they did to him on 2008's "This War Is Ours" release. Because Radke says that release was all about him so he needs to do what has to be done and strike back with a vengeance."

Will the likeliness of the rivalry bands be met head to head or will there be a truths when it’s all said and done? Time will only tell for certain.
