ESCAPE THE FATE is proud to announce the release of their new album, HATE ME, on October 30, 2015.  Along with this album announcement the band will put tickets for their October/November headline tour, also featuring A Skylit Drive, Sworn In, Sirens & Sailors and Myka Relocate on sale this week via HERE.

The album was titled HATE ME because ““Lyrically, a lot of these tracks are based around the hate we’ve received over the years and just embracing that and using it to our own advantage,” says Mabbitt. “I’ve had to step up to the plate lately, for the fans as much as anything else, because they take the name Escape The Fate very seriously and I owe them something for that, for all the support they’ve shown us over the years. It’s very humbling for me to be able to listen to this collection of songs and think about where we’ve come from and what we’ve been through to get to this point.”

The lead-off track, “Just A Memory,” is being given away to fans for free for the next 48 hours via www.escapethefate.com.  The video for “Just A Memory’ will debut on 8/20 around the world, right as pre-sales for their tour begin. The public tour on-sale will coincide with pre-orders of HATE ME becoming available via all digital retailers.

The HATE ME tour (#hatemetour) launches on 10/13 in Anaheim, CA. With a stint on this summer’s Warped Tour already under their belts the band is raring to go “”So fucking stoked to play live on our Headlining tour,” says Guitarist Kevin “Thrasher” Gruft.  “I’m really excited to showcase a newly designed set list; including songs off our new album “Hate Me”. As always, we cannot wait to meet all of you at the shows. This is a tour you do not want to miss!!”

What we are about to witness, with HATE ME, is a re-incarnated, reborn, rejuvenated Escape The Fate firing on all cylinders once more.  This is a band that,after a 10-year tenure, are still as hungry as they’ve ever been. “It’s the start of a new era for us,” confirms Mabbitt. “We’re getting back on our feet, putting our middle finger up to the world and proving ourselves individually and collectively. Everyone in this band now wants the same thing: we want to play our music for as many people as possible and be a unit, a gang. We’ve been envious of bands who have always had that but now we have that and it’s a wonderful feeling.”  The message from the Escape The Fate camp is louder and clearer than it has even been in the past: “We’re coming for everyone and we aren’t taking any prisoners!”

A Skylit Drive's bassist Brian White and drummer Cory La Quay have left the band, both White and La Quay have performed on all four of the band's full-length albums, as well as their debut EP, She Watched The Sky. They had given Alternative Press the following statements;

UPDATED: October 22, at 4:50 p.m. EDT

A Skylit Drive have revealed their official statement on the situation, as well as announced an acoustic album, exclusively on AltPress.

ORIGINAL POST: October 22, at 11:37 a.m. EDT

According to a post from bassist Brian White's personal Instagram account, he along with drummer Cory La Quay have left A Skylit Drive. While an official statement was initially posted on the band's Facebook page, it has since been taken down and replaced with this message:

"Fans & friends, earlier today an announcement was made public without the consent of everyone involved. We promise ALL of your questions and concerns will be answered tomorrow."

Along with commenting on the member change, the band have announced a new acoustic album, "Rise: Ascension", which will be released January 6, 2015 with a new single, pre-orders coming soon! A Skylit Drive also revealed that they will release their next full-length album in the summer of 2015. They went on to say the following about the new releases and included a video as well.

"Before anything else we'd like to apologize for the manner in which yesterday's abrupt & unplanned announcement of Cory and Brian's departure from A Skylit Drive was. We had known for quite some time that both members were becoming increasingly less happy in the band. Both for their own reasons. We knew their time in ASD was coming to an end. Some of the separation was even mutual, but for you, the fans, ASD as a whole should have been able to create an announcement together regarding the separation. You all deserve NO less than that. We don't want our fans, the lifeline of our passion, to be left wondering. Respectfully, below our statement [here] you will find Cory & Brian's.

As for the future of ASD, We will continue on. ASD is about more than one or two people. It's about the music & the fans. Where the music comes from is safely intact. That we can promise you. As for our fans, there are none better, and we know you'll be right there by our sides till the end. Knowing that, we have all we need to carry on.

In the spirit of moving forward and sticking to our word of a big announcement coming, we have a couple of things in store. First things first, we will be releasing a full length acoustic album in January of 2015. For the album we have recreated our most recent record "RISE" in its entirety in FULL acoustic. The album will be called "RISE: ASCENSION". Please check out the announcement video for full details & pre order specials. Second, we have already begun writing for a new record set to release in the Summer of 2015! Lastly, expect to see us back on the road in early 2015. We can't be stopped!

To be honest, we couldn't feel better about where we're at. There is no doubt within us. We are stronger and more determined than ever before. At the end of the day all we have is our music, and all we want to do is share it with the world. We are beyond excited to continue this journey, and we hope you're ready for the ride!"
