As Paradise Falls Talks of Themselves and the Music They Create

Modernized deathcore band AS PARADISE FALLS has been around for some time, having some music readily available with them always creating newer content to behold. They just want to continue and evolve and grow as they always have done with much else in-store too.

1. Please tell us about the history of your band and its members.

The history of As Paradise Falls go back a little bit and its a long story with lots of crazy scenarios. Definitely check out our bio if you’re interested in an in depth view but right now the band is Me (Danny, Guitarist) & Ravi (vocals) and its never been this experimental and adventurous with our goals. Keep up to date with us, you’re in for a wild ride. We are on a journey to re-define modern Deathcore.

2. What’s the origin of the band’s name?

I was playing a lot of Fallout 3, years ago and while I was playing it I had heard about this one part of the map that wasn’t a complete ruin. I thought that would be cool to find and saw an area called ‘Paradise Falls’ and assumed that was going to be it. Long story short, it wasn’t and it was just as awful as the rest of the areas. That sinking, let down feeling was really cool because it actually drew me further into the game.

3. Where is the band based out of and what is your music scene like there? Are there any local bands you could recommend?

Originally I'm from England and moved over to Brisbane Australia in 2009 and we’ve been based here ever since.

There’s some dope bands around Australia for sure; Ocean Shores (BNE), Conform (Perth I believe), Harroway (Sydney) just to name a few.

4. How would you describe your style?

We are modern Deathcore with an affinity for Eminem… Take from that what you will…

5. What have you released so far and what can someone expect from your works?

We have released Deathcore in the past but our upcoming release Madness/Medicine which is out now is by far the most out there and intense music we’ve released. Its bringing back the aggression I feel a lot of modern Deathcore has lost.

6. Do you have any new music in the works?

We are always creating new music, always pushing boundaries with our ideas. You’ll see.

7. How about playing shows and touring, have anything planned out?

We are looking at some Australian shows towards the end of this year… Maybe, unless we decided to go straight into the studio again…

8. What plans do you have for the future as a band?

We will continue to evolve and grow like we always do. We will be weirder and wilder than people would actually expect from us… We don’t think you’re ready for that to be fair…

9. Where can we listen to your band and where can we buy your stuff?

You can find us anywhere on your favorite streaming services. We sell merchandise via our online store www.asparadisefalls.net.

10. What is it you’d like a listener to remember the most when hearing your music for the first time?

Listen carefully because it will change you.
