Solo artist Peter Graigs not only is doing his solo work but as well as his other project Scars Of Grace as well. He goes into double time, to disclose the juggling aspects of two entertaining acts, of the rock n' roll kind.


1. Please tell us about the history of your band and its members.

PETER GRAIGS / SCARS OF GRACE I’ve in the music for a few years now and the band formed in 2000 in Canada. We were together until a parachute accident in 2001 and at a later time I decided to move the band in the United States were I was the only member.

2. What’s the origin of the band’s name?

I like writing about the scars of life, and my experiences and that’s how the name was formed.

3. Where is the band based out of and what is your music scene like there? Are there any local bands you could recommend?

Being originally from Canada we didn’t get a chance to tour since we were in studio recording our new album and since the band moved in United States and being the only member, I remained out of the public eye to reevaluate the direction of the band Which I decided to pick up the drums and work on the guitar which gave me the capability of writing my own songs.

4. How would you describe your style?

I grew up in the 80’s Hard Rock / Heavy Metal was the genre the I fell in love with, the energy, the boldness I guess I am all of it.

5. What have you released so far and what can someone expect from your works?

My project SCARS OF GRACE with 2 albums “The January Man” and “From The Ashes” and my solo album “The Beginning Of The End’ They are great albums and the feedback has been amazing.

6. Do you have any new music in the works?

Yes although I don’t want to spoil the surprise but “Divine Deception” is my first independent single being released and of course more to follow up on my web site www.petergraigs.com  and you can find me on http://petergraigs.bandcamp.com and on iTunes , Amazon, Spotify and all other outlets.

7. How about playing shows and touring, have anything planned out?

I’m still in the studio recording and yes I am also working on getting the band together.

8. What plans do you have for the future as a band?

PETER GRAIGS / SCARS OF GRACE will be recording more songs and working on new videos and we have plenty to bring to the public.

Italiano's HOT SUNDAY BLOOD have just released their new album "New Omega", with plans on doing promotional showcases and touring possibility as well. That said, the band goes into discussion about their history, inspiration, influences, and the future beyond us.


1. Give a brief history of HOT SUNDAY BLOOD, music style, and the members.

We are an Italian band, formed in Turin in 2013. Our music can be defined 'alternative rock-metal' with a bunch of other influences. We're five members since the beginning, but our line-up's just changed with a new drummer and a new bassist.

2. Why go with a name like HOT SUNDAY BLOOD? What makes a Sunday blood and hot?

Cause Sundays are usually lazy-relaxing days in which we can pretend we care about useless staff, like the weather, and also we can pretend we care about all the blood spread during the past week.

3. What inspires HOT SUNDAY BLOOD music and lyric writing? What does HOT SUNDAY BLOOD lyrics talk about?

Most of the lyrics are inspired by death and all the waist of time that separates it from the moment we're born. Sometimes, however, lyrics are inspired by people who actually managed to make their life less boring. HSB music is heavily influenced by Turin atmosphere and its white sky.

4. Tell us about your favorite bands, from whom you gain inspiration. Are you having any favorite artist/band that has emerged from metal/rock soil?

We all come from a hard rock/heavy metal heritage, but with few tiny differences: some of us love Tool, for instance, some others hate them (like me). Our biggest inspirations are Alice in Chains, Stone Temple Pilots, Soundgarden, Mastodon, Smashing Pumpkins and for what concern me, Joy Division, Metallica, Pyogenesis and Brooklyn legends Type O Negative.

5. How is the music scene going in your country?

A total shit. There's no real scene, no collaboration what so ever, very few good ideas but mostly no clubs to play in for young bands; only plenty of arrogance and boredom.

6. Tell us, if you have played abroad?

Unfortunately not yet, but if you'd like to help us change that, we'd highly appreciated!

7. HOT SUNDAY BLOOD has signed with Mervilton Records, tell more about that?

We were looking for someone who could distribute us abroad, Mervilton Records liked our music and so we signed a contract.

8. Give in more detail, some information about your latest album “New Omega” and how well it sells?

Our new album "New Omega" just came out on October 13th, so it's kinda early to say how it's going. We'd like to have a biggest range of visibility, that's for sure. Musically speaking, New Omega, it's an heavy rock album, with many non-rock influences such as English new wave and pop.

9. What is the difference between your newest album and the very first album?

Our first album was more grunge-oriented, while in this second one we're trying to collect more music genres. We'd like to resemble many others, but with a strong identity that's only ours. 

10. Are you working on any music videos, might it be videoclip or lyric video?

We'd love to, but not for now.

11. What does the band plan on doing in near time?

We're planning some live shows in Italy to promote the album and in the near future an European Tour.

New York City’s Justin Symbol has joined the team at CB Entertainment for development. After spending years honing his craft, releasing extensive music videos as well touring all over the nation with the likes of The Bunny, The Bear, Mushroomhead to name a few.

Justin Symbol aka ‘Star Daddy’ released his debut album ‘VΩIDHEAD’ in 2014. The effort explored a modern industrial rock sound and featured Marilyn Manson guitarist Daisy Berkowitz. Two years and many tours later, having built a national cult following, Symbol reinvents himself with the ‘Fuckboi EP‘, adding elements of hip-hop to his sonic palette.

American death metal band Guillotine just released their debut self-titled album. The album was recorded at Ledbelly Sound Studio by Matthew Washburn, who also did the mixing/mastering.

Guillotine was formed in 2015 in Atlanta, Georgia by two brothers Lance and Adam Miller, who wanted to create a band that combined traces of Scandinavian Black Metal with old school Florida Death Metal. Evan Posey later joined the lineup as the drummer, rounding out the lineup with his brutal metal assault.

X Japan leader YOSHIKI reunited with VAMPS frontman Hyde on the final day of Halloween Party 2017 for a powerful collaboration performance.

YOSHIKI flew directly from France to make the October 29th concert at Makuhari Messe after completing an exhausting promotional tour of Europe for the award-winning documentary film We Are X. YOSHIKI and Hyde first teamed up at VISUAL JAPAN SUMMIT 2016, and performed together again at Halloween Party 2016.

For their third collaboration, the stage curtains drew back to the sound of X JAPAN’s “Kurenai” on piano as YOSHIKI appeared on the stage as the female character Pris from the film Blade Runner. Next, Hyde appeared on stage in a “Yuki-onna” (“snow woman”) costume to the intro from “Jojoushi” by L’Arc～en～Ciel, making the crowd go wild with applause.

The two artists spoke to each other about their friendship, with Hyde repeating how glad he was that YOSHIKI could come, and Yoshiki replying, “I’d do anything for Hyde!”. They performed a piano and voice duet of “Endless Rain” by X Japan, bringing the whole arena together in song. Both Hyde and YOSHIKI said it was their favorite performance together, saying “it felt like a dream to be singing”, and “it felt like a dream to be playing”.

Appearing after the concert on the “Yoshiki Channel” broadcast, YOSHIKI explained his Halloween costume choice — Blade Runner 2049 had just opened in Japan days before, and YOSHIKI felt a connection to the iconic Pris character from the original film. Pris struggled to come to terms with her fate, and rebelled against mankind. “She has the spirit of rock in her,” he explained, and added that he was looking forward to the new movie. “I can’t wait to see how the story has developed since the last film."
