AUGUST BURNS RED + THE AMITY AFFLICTION will hit the road this coming spring for the Spring Horizons Tour. It kicks off April 10 in Worcester and runs through May 17 in Philadelphia. BOUNDARIES and HEAVENSGATE will serve as support.

"We've been talking in the background about touring with August Burns Red for years at this point," says Amity's Joel Birch. "It's so awesome that it's finally happening. We can't wait to get back to our second home and bring what we feel will be one of the best tours we've been a part of to all the cities we're hitting. The lineup is amazing, the venues are amazing, and we couldn't be more hyped for it — see you there."

"We're pumped to be joining forces with The Amity Affliction for what's sure to be the can’t miss metal tour of the spring," says August Burns Red. The tour is in celebration of both bands prolific albums — Bullet for My Valentine's The Poison and Trivium's Ascendancy, which turn 20 years old in 2025. Each will be performed in their entirety on this tour.

"We are super excited to announce we are coming back to the USA in 2025 with our friends Trivium, to bring you the 'Poisoned Ascendancy Tour,'" says Bullet For My Valentine. "We're going to be celebrating 20 years of our debut album The Poison and Trivium's Ascendancy. It's the metal tour of 2025, so don't miss out."

"This is a celebration for the old fans that were there at 9am at Ozzfest to catch a couple songs from a band in Iron Maiden shirts," says Trivium. "It's for the new fans that have been listening to the deep cuts but never caught them on a recent tour. And lastly, it's for both BFMV and us to take a moment to reflect on how amazing these 20 years have been, how fast they've gone, and how important these albums are for the both of our bands. Having August Burns Red, Bleed From Within, and Sylosis joining us only makes this more special. We can'’t wait to play Ascendancy for you!"

Produced by Live Nation, the 26-city tour kicks off on March 30 at PNE Forum in Vancouver, BC making stops across North America in Las Vegas, Chicago, New York and more before wrapping up in Raleigh, NC at Red Hat Amphitheater on May 18.

Gold-selling hard rock heavyweights Killswitch Engage have announced that Light the Torch will serve as the opening act on their upcoming Spring 2020 headline tour. As fans are more than well aware, Light the Torch features frontman Howard Jones, who served as KsE's singer from 2002 through 2012.

"We are excited to bring out Light the Torch, first of all, because they are a killer band," says singer Jesse Leach. "Obviously, having Howard out with us allows us to make this a tour to remember. I've always respected Howard as a singer, but in recent years, he's become a friend. So it means more to me now than it would have in the past. We are happy to see him back up on the good foot and singing his heart out again in top form. With both August Burns Red and Light the Torch, there will be no punches pulled. Just a killer lineup. Fans won't want to miss this tour. You will want to come early and stay late. All hails."

Affiance (Cleveland, OH) are excited to show the world their first music video off their upcoming album "The Campaign"! The video is for the opening track "Kings Of Deceit" and shows the band performing as well as newsworthy moments from the last few decades. The song also features Dustin Davidson from August Burns Red (courtesy of Solid State) who gives a great vocal performance!

"We were really excited to do a serious and dark video since our biggest video is us running around in our pajamas and playing a video game. This video is for the first track on the album and we wanted to start 'The Campaign' off by calling out the media and the powerful who orchestrate and manipulate the biggest events throughout modern history. It also shows a different side of us than our 'Call To The Warrior' video. You know us as easy going, good time dudes, but we are also dead serious about making positive change in the world around us." - Dennis Tvrdik (Vocals)

Go check out the video for the track HERE.

In a recent interview August Burns Red will be releasing a Christmas album, this was said about it,

We’re currently writing a Christmas record which we’re recording in March. That’s something we’re all very excited for. We’ve released 5 Christmas songs so far and we’re looking forward to this one. I’m not sure when the release is. I’m not even sure it will be this year. But the tentative plan is to finally get these songs down and put a bunch of eclectic metal-ish Christmas songs together on one CD. I presume covers, which we’ve already done some of and maybe some original stuff as well. But the covers are obviously the bigger hits. People know the melodies. Christmas songs are some of the most recognizable, distinguished melodies of all time, so it’s kind of a no-brainer there.

Silverstein will be releasing their new album "Short Songs" this coming February and have released an all new song called "My Miserable Life" on Facebook. Also the band will be doing an in-store signing at SoundCheck Hollywood on February 3rd so come on in and get some swag signed and hang with the guys! And don't forget to see the guys perform live on their upcoming tour with August Burns Red and Texas In July, letlive, and I the Breather.
