1. Please tell us about the history of your band and its members.
The band is one borne of music written over a time, catalyzed by the creative surge which many felt through the lockdowns and isolations. The debut album has taken it’s time to come to fruition, but is one that I feel expresses the meaning and ethos of The Noble Front as a whole. It is a solo project, but my next focus (after the album launch on Jan 4) is the formation of a band to bring to life the live experience of the music.
2. What’s the origin of the band’s name?
The band’s name has a meaning rooted in the music; an element which was important to me and led me to wait to finish the bulk of the music before even considering band names. The ‘Noble’ element bears zero reference to aristocracy, instead referring to the moral and dignified way in which we conduct our everyday lives. The ‘Front’ element refers to this facade being a fallacy; used to hide our vulnerabilities and weakness.
3. Where is the band based out of and what is your music scene like there? Are there any local bands you could recommend?
The band is based out of Galway, Ireland. The rock and punk scene in Galway is growing and moving and changing all the time, seeing lots of new and intense bands cropping up and expressing themselves such as NewDad, Adore and Shark School as well as a huge number of other up-and-coming bands from around the country coming to Galway to gig.
4. How would you describe your style?
Hard rock with elements of metal and prog.
5. What have you released so far and what can someone expect from your works?
The upcoming debut album will be released on Jan 4. It is as clear a musical description and expression of myself as I could ever create!
6. Do you have any new music in the works?
I have the bones of 2 or 3 new tracks that I am keen to progress with in the coming months and year.
7. How about playing shows and touring, have anything planned out?
Nothing set in stone as of yet, but I am building something that I am really excited about.
8. What plans do you have for the future as a band?
This release is nearly more of a relief than it is an achievement! I am very proud of it but also so happy that it’s ready to go. It will now allow me the platform to write, record and release new tracks and EP’s etc. in my own time and how I choose. I’m motivated more than ever to develop the band, form a live group and experience, and grow!

10. What is it you’d like a listener to remember the most when hearing your music for the first time?
I’d love more than anything for a new listener to feel the authenticity of the music. The frustration, the determination, the care, the sadness, the love for the genre and scene. It’s been a long time coming and if it resonated with even a single person then mission accomplished.
