Bloodshot Dawn have unveiled their new music video "Shackled". The video was directed by Paul McGuire of Obscenery Films.

Band leader Josh McMorran comments, "This song is about everyone's limitations on themselves. It also represents my personal struggle with depression and my regrets in the way I dealt with the situation. It's a reminder to myself that the only thing holding me back is myself and that I shouldn't fall back into those chains!"

U.K. groove death metallers BLOODSHOT DAWN are breaking out from being "Shackled" in their new music video.

The band comments: "The video was filmed and recorded during our January tour by our friend Paul McGuire! This is what you can expect to see at the shows and this song is going to start the pit!

UK groove death metallers BLOODSHOT DAWN announce their first cross Canada tour this coming April in support of their third full length album "Reanimation" unleashed this past January via Hostile Media. The tour will kick off in Quebec City on April 17th and wrap up in Calgary on May 1st. Supporting the band across the country will be Cambridge, ON's AEPOCH.

Canada is also guitarist Morgan Reid's home country and it's a special return home for him. The Canadian shredder joined the band's line up after previous guitarist Ben Ellis went on to perform with Scar Symmetry. Reid is now part of BLOODSHOT DAWN's fresh assault that includes sticksman James Stewart of Vader fame on drums, new bass player Giacomo Gastaldi along with vocalist and guitarist Josh McMorran.

"We are hitting Canada this April and we are excited to perform in North America for the first time. We're looking forward to headbanging with all our Canadian fans and visiting the beautiful country our guitarist Morgan grew up in." says band leader Josh McMorran.

Bloodshot Dawn will be releasing their third full-length album "Reanimation" on January 12th 2018 via Hostile Media. "Reanimation" will feature such prominent guests including Jeff Loomis (Arch Enemy, Nevermore), Paul Wardingham, Ken Sorceron (Abigail Williams, The Faceless), Mendel Bij De Leij (Aborted). The album was mixed and mastered by Per Nilsson from Scar Symmetry while artwork (as seen above) was completed by Chris Kewli. Pre-Order Reanimation here: www.hostilemedia.net/shop.

The band has gone on to release the album's second single and title track from the album.  "This is a song about new beginnings and a realization that the earth could exist without human life and likely prosper! This song marks the end of the story, the aftermath of an inter dimensional war," comments frontman Josh McMorran.

Bloodshot Dawn has released a new single called "Survival Evolved", in the form of a lyrical video.

Frontman Josh McMorran comments, "We are really excited to release our first song from our new album. ‘Survival Evolved’ is a story about nature taking back the earth! After humanity is gone the planet fights for survival against a higher being from another dimension. The death of this titanic being restarts the cycle of the infinite and the reanimation of human DNA. Turn It up and enjoy this war between worlds!"
