Closely following their recently wrapped and highly successful tour of North America, VISIONS OF ATLANTIS are back at sea to release their stunning second single, “Monsters”, taken from their upcoming album, 'Pirates II – Armada', set for release on July 5, 2024 via Napalm Records. The pirates of VISIONS OF ATLANTIS are about to take listeners on their heaviest symphonic adventure yet with their new studio album and successor to their high-charting previous release, 'Pirates' (2022). The album reaches as high as the waves cresting the Jolly Roger - taking everything that has been achieved to date to another level.

The new track, “Monsters”, is a haunting musical adventure illustrating the confrontation with inner monsters, beginning with calm passages that burst into a rhythmic refrain, showing off the full musical power of the pirate queen Clémentine Delauney and brave captain Michele Guaitoli. With this preview of the second chapter of the pirates’ saga, VISIONS OF ATLANTIS prove that they are more than ready to claim the crown of symphonic metal and are eager to take stages by storm on their European tour this fall. Their raid will begin with their fulminant album release show in Aschaffenburg on July 6, 2024, and will continue in the fall with the extensive Armada tour boasting 33 shows all over Europe – the biggest headliner tour of their promising career so far. Brace yourself and get ready for this unique symphonic metal spectacle!

Vocalist Michele Guaitoli comments: “We fought the raging storms, the most dreadful foes, and the darkest nights. Yet the worst enemy appears to be something we cannot face with cannons and sabers. This battle will be the hardest, as it’s time to look straight into the eyes of the ‘Monsters’ inside of us. Proud and without fears, we’re ready. Are you?”

Experimental death metal act Sanguine Glacialis have signed a distribution deal with Wormholedeath for the world wide release of their upcoming new album titled "Hadopelagic", which is produced by Chris Donaldson Of Cryptopsy, set for release this Spring on April 6th 2018!

Without darkness there can be no light, Sanguine Glacialis have stared into the very blackest pit, and, inspired by what they saw there, forged sonic masterpieces of the darkest beauty, it is not surprising their name means ‘frozen blood’ in Latin!

Hailing from Montreal, Quebec, Sanguine Glacialis have shared the stage with Dark Tranquility, Omnium Gatherum, Delain, Hammerfall, Unexpect, Necronomicon and many more. The dark heart of Sanguine Glacialis is vocalist/keyboardist Maude, the sole original member left in the band. She describes their sound as "unique, original, intense and dark".

Maude is enthusiastic about their new songs. "We took a huge step forward with this album and fans will appreciate it much more than the previous one. Everything is better in this one in my opinion. We want to show the new direction of the band. We want to show how much we’ve grown and how much the band has changed between the two albums. This album is a very dark part of my life, and it's something that everybody lives in their own way, and I hope this album will help fans go through their own difficulties.” Lyrically, Maude avoids the usual metal clichés. “Most of the songs are personal experiences that I wrote in the form of stories and legends."

Maude promises that Sanguine Glacialis offer a very different live experience. "What really makes this band special is the vast variety of influences we have. It goes from technical death metal to classical, through nu metal, rock, jazz, pop, rap, world music, and so much more.On stage, we bring our own theatrical style as well as a dark atmosphere that fits our songs. We have our own dynamic, and I play keyboards and sing at the same time during the show, which is also a change from the typical front-woman!"

The band released the official video for the song "Monsters", taken from the upcoming album "Hadopelagic". Check it right over HERE.

North Carolina metal outfit Outer Glow has announced their debut EP titled, Lunar // Effect, set to release June 30th. Formed in July of 2016 by Zach Johnson, the former I See Stars vocalist, the band has continuing to build their fanbase by releasing three singles, which are featured on their upcoming EP. After leaving I See Stars, Johnson commented, saying,

"I See Stars was a huge part of my life that I'll never forget or regret. It truly was a dream come true to travel the world and play the tunes we wrote together. The end of my career with I See Stars at first was pretty rocky and it was hard for me not to be bitter, until I seen them play a show without me and saw how happy they were and I knew it was for the best. Outer Glow has been so amazing. It's the first time I've ever had the freedom to express myself lyrically and emotionally and that's something I've been waiting for my whole life. Every member of I See Stars is a composer as well, so sometimes writing songs got very emotional to people's attachments to their art, with Outer Glow it just seems to click. Everybody is pretty good at letting go of ideas if it doesn't pass the democracy of the band. Especially the song "Monsters" I wrote lyrically about struggles with growing up in a broken home and having negative traits of your parents or family. I personally didn't grow up in a broken home but a lot of my best friends did and I've been around it and have seen how much of an influence it can have on people. I'm super excited for everybody to hear what the other guys and I from Outer Glow have put together for our EP, Lunar // Effect. We all put so much time and effort in composing this Ep and I'm beyond thrilled with how it turned out. To wrap things up I'd just like to thank everybody who has ever supported my music career including my friends and family and I See Stars. I love you all and wouldn't be able to do what I do without you guys."

Outer Glow are set to perform their CD release show on June 30th at The Blind Tiger in Greensboro, NC. Watch Outer Glow's latest single "Monsters" off the upcoming EP right HERE.
