KOBRA AND THE LOTUS Release Video For Japanese Version Of "Let Me Love You"
KOBRA AND THE LOTUS' has released a brand new single from the upcoming album "Prevail II", titled "Let Me Love You!". In celebration of the video's premiere, this track is not an ordinary track but a very special Japanese bonus version of the song "Let Me Love You!".
KOBRA explains the story behind the song: "We're so excited to release another brand spankin' new taste of our hard rock infused metal! This track was one of the very first musical collaborations done at Hansen studios in Denmark. This song helped us nail down the heavy rock elements that would soon begin to lace its way through the sound of both "Prevail I and II". The original demo version can be found as a bonus acoustic on "Prevail II". If you never had a love song dedicated to you.....you've got one now. This one's for you!"

KOBRA AND THE LOTUS RELEASE NEW SONG "LOSING MY HUMANITY"
Kobra And The Lotus have released the first single titled "Losing My Humanity" from the album "Prevail II" out April 27th 2018.
"Losing My Humanity" is an exemplary melodic feast of both guitar and vocal craftsmanship that anchors the Canadian four piece firmly in between hard rock and heavy metal with a modern touch and the occasional classic rock!
KOBRA about the new song and story behind:"Ignorance is bliss. This song is the cynical point of view regarding the ways of human nature. We pretend we've been different but throughout history we have always been a barbaric and brash species. The silence kept during times of pain or unjust suffering is profoundly loud. Does it make us better when we stand by and say or do nothing when we know something is wrong? I would argue it makes us almost the same. Take the words figuratively or literally, I'm just calling it as I see it, even if it's me taking a clear look at myself in the mirror."
This is not just another lyric video. It gives the perfect underlining of what the song is all about: a critical reflection of what humanity is all about and what it became in the past years.

GRANNY 4 BARREL HIT THE ROAD ON THE "YEAR OF THE BILL" TOUR
Granny 4 Barrel will be rocking the USA - on a killer bill that also includes Texas Hippie Coalition and Kobra and the Lotus. Kicking off on April 19th in Salt Lake City, Utah, the tour will crisscross the states until June 3rd, when the tour wraps up in Austin, Texas.
"We’re honored to be on the Year of the Bull Tour, with all of these great bands," says Granny. “Granny’s gonna take the bull by the horns, ride it then kick that f**ker in the nuts. I’m like a surrogate bad ass granny to all the rock ‘n’ roll children out there, and I’ll be satisfying appetites every night with a heaping plate of heavy metal!"

Xandria Announces New Tour
Xandria are set to return to the road this fall in North America alongside label-mates Kobra and the Lotus. Also coming along for the ride is September Mourning. HATCHET ANNOUNCES NEW TOUR
Bay Area natives and thrash metal band Hatchet recently completed the highly anticipated follow-up to 2013’s acclaimed Dawn Of The End (The End Records/ADA). Their third studio album, entitled Fear Beyond Lunacy, is set for release Fall 2015, and will debut the new Hatchet lineup behind founding member, vocalist, and lead guitarist, Julz Ramos: Clayton Cagle on guitar, Kody Barba on bass, and Ben Smith on drums. The new members have injected the band with a surge of raw energy, and fans of Hatchet will be overly satisfied with this revived enthusiasm laid into the recordings.
In advance of the album release, Hatchet will showcase the new lineup and preview select tracks from Fear Beyond Lunacy this August supporting Kobra And The Lotus, the female-fronted Canadian traditional metal/hard rock band that recently shared stages opening for KISS and Def Leppard.
Says Ramos, "Hatchet is excited to be taking part in this run of shows. This is another hard working band that is doing some cool things right now and it will be great to accompany them this August. This will be the first that the new Hatchet lineup hits the stage and we are beyond excited to play live after recording our latest album. FEAR FACTORY Brings The Industrialist To The U.S.
FEAR FACTORY will embark on their first full headlining tour in support of 2012’s conceptual mega-album The Industrialist. Performances begin next week, with the tour set to visit 38 cities throughout the US and Canada. The tour represents the first live dates by the band on American soil in nearly a year. The World Industrialist tour will feature support from Hate Eternal and Kobra And The Lotus.
Speaking with Full Metal Jackie, vocalist Burton C. Bell describes The Industrialist as, “a very deliberate album and one that came about very naturally to us. There is something so tight about the album. Focus is the one thing that is on this record that doesn’t really appear on any of our other records. The focus of the music, the sounds, the aggression and the concept. Everything had its purpose and we knew exactly what we were doing and what we had to do.”
The Industrialist wraps itself around a tale written by vocalist Burton C. Bell. While the "story" was spelt out more expansively in the deluxe book edition of the album (which also featured two additional songs), the plot is rooted both in forward-thinking science fiction and contemporary events. Prior to its June 5, 2012 release, excitement was already building for the album – the second from the reunited nucleus of Bell and guitarist Dino Cazares. “There isn't a record that I'm looking forward to more than The Industrialist,” said Revolver editor Brandon Geist. “North America is chompin' at the bit to get an ear full of new Fear Factory,” added Sirius/XM Metal Director Jose Mangin. “Recharger,” the album’s lead single premiered on April 24 and within 24 hours had over 100,000 listens.
Produced by Rhys Fulber (Front Line Assembly), and mixed by Greg Reely (Paradise Lost/Machine Head), The Industrialist features additional tracking by Logan Mader (Gojira/Divine Heresy) and artwork by Anthony Clarkson (Devin Townsend). It is FEAR FACTORY at its most confident and passionate; the band bringing every sonic weapon in its arsenal to the fore. Revisiting and refining the sweeping melodies and unforgettable songwriting that will forever distinguish FEAR FACTORY from all others, the sound and creative storyline of The Industrialist immediately carved itself a spot on the short list of Best Metal Albums of 2012. The album debuted on the Billboard Top 40 for its initial release week. The record maintained the Top position on CMJ’s Hard Rock chart for three consecutive weeks. It was a resident of the Top 10 for eight weeks and ended 2012 on their Top Year chart at position seven.
The World Industrialist Tour will find FEAR FACTORY performing fan favorites plus select songs from The Industrialist and 2010’s Mechanize. FEAR FACTORY will return to Europe in August; the band set to appear at this year’s installments of Wacken Open Air, Dynamo, and Summer Breeze, among others. The band recently announced their addition to the 70000 Tons of Metal cruise sent to leave Miami on January 27, 2014.
