Following the release of their latest studio offering “Gates Of Europe”, which released on August 25th, 2023 via Trisol Music Group, Luxembourgish dark-folk outfit ROME hit the road for a length European tour! Check out the dates listed below.

Chanson Noir, Post-Industrial, Avant-Pop, Dark-Folk, Singer-Songwriter... all these tags are needed when attempting to describe the music of ROME, and yet it can never really be pigeonholed.

The nucleus of the project is Luxembourg-born singer and multi-instrumentalist Jerome Reuter. Reuter often deals with historical and complex topics in his lyrics laced with fragments of world literature. While references to current world affairs and politics have always been rather veiled in ROME’s work so far, "Gates of Europe” sets quite a different tone: the album was written under the direct impressions of the war in Ukraine.

Only a few days prior to the Russian invasion in February 2022, the exceptional artist completed solo performances in Kyiv and Odessa, and already in July 2022 he toured Ukraine for further live appearances and fundraising campaigns. Reuter was thus the first foreign artist to complete a full concert on Ukrainian soil since the beginning of the war. In the second year of the war in February 2023, ROME returned in full band line-up to play two now legendary shows in Kyiv and Lviv on the first anniversary of the invasion. The album "Gates of Europe” is a series of impressive and meticulously crafted gems that lead us through the events of the first year of the war.

To the committed European Reuter, standing with Ukraine is his natural, democratic duty and yet the nature of his support is quite exemplary and of an uncompromising nature. Apart from continuously traveling East to support Ukraine in their native land, on the "Gates of Europe" tour - as on previous European tours - donations are collected for refugee shelters in Ukraine. Furthermore, not only repertoire from the new album will be showcased on this tour; many essential ROME classics will be presented, as well as the odd surprise. Safe to say: new singles ‘Yellow and Blue’ and ‘Our Lady Of The Legion’ will definitely be part of the set list!

On the heels of two headline-making appearances on the current season of America’s Got Talent, California’s greatest export Steel Panther are announcing their upcoming holiday tour in support of their latest album. The On The Prowl Winter Holidaze Tour 2023 is set to kick off this December. Steel Panther will be stuffing stockings for all the naughty housewives on the 12-city trek that will kick off on December 1 in Cleveland, OH and wrap up in St. Louis, MO on December 17. Following the recent release of their new, critically acclaimed #1-charting album BLACKOUT via Better Noise Music, rock vanguards FROM ASHES TO NEW have announced a headlining tour in late fall/early winter with support from rockers The Word Alive, Catch Your Breath and heart-hop artist Ekoh.

Industrial metal pioneers FEAR FACTORY have solidified their status over the years, as one of the metal genre's most important bands.

The machine will rise this Fall! This journey will commence with a one-off date on September 17th at the Metal Injection Festival where they will perform a very special Demanufacture and Obsolete set. The band will then launch their five date healining 'DisrupTour' with special guests LIONS AT THE GATE which will kick off on October 7th. This will be followed by the band heading out on the 'October Dawn 2023' tour with headliners LACUNA COIL and openers LIONS AT THE GATE. Grammy-nominated Lancaster five-piece AUGUST BURNS RED — JB Brubaker [lead guitar], Brent Rambler [rhythm guitar], Matt Greiner [drums], Jake Luhrs [vocals], and Dustin Davidson [bass] — will embark on the 10th anniversary "Rescue & Restore" 10th Anniversary Tour. The North American tour kicks off November 10 in Worcester, Massachusetts and runs through December 9 in the band's hometown of Lancaster, Pennsylvania. All dates are below.

The band will perform the Rescue & Restore album in full in each night, along with other fan faves and classics.

Thrash metal frontrunners NERVOSA have announced their fierce fifth full-length, Jailbreak, out September 29, 2023 via Napalm Records! This will be the first NERVOSA album with guitarist and founding member Prika Amaral on vocal duties, and showcasing the band’s mighty new lineup completed by the immensely talented and well experienced Michaela Naydenova on drums, Hel Pyre on bass and Helena Kotina on guitars.

Following the blistering standalone single “Endless Ambition”, with “Seed Of Death”, NERVOSA serves up a second taste of what’s to come. Starting off with a beautiful, epic intro, “Seed Of Death” features philosophical lyrics that explore questions about the never-ending cycle of life, grabbing an omnipresent issue relevant to all of us. “I'm very happy with the result of this song and our new album. I always wanted to have a song like this but it never happened for different reasons and now we can finally make it happen. Also, we were able to take even more risks and do new things. With two guitars the doors open to a whole new world of possibilities, in fact NERVOSA had two guitars in the beginning, but then we decided to go with one guitar for logistical reasons, since it would be easier to move with one less person for tours. Now NERVOSA has a much bigger structure that allowed this addition, and we are really enjoying this moment of the band. The process of writing this record was the most fun and brought the most musicality, enriching the band.

Helena Kotina adds:  

“I think Jailbreak is NERVOSA's most revolutionary record, both musically and lyrically. It was a very challenging process but at the same time very constructive. We were able to take care of every detail until we obtained the best result”

Canadian extreme-metal legends CRYPTOPSY have revealed their depraved, merciless new single, “Flayed The Swine,” today! Found on the band’s first full-length album in over a decade, “As Gomorrah Burns,” that’s out September 8th from Nuclear Blast Records, the influential death-dealers’ latest single, “Flayed The Swine,” is an accessible yet face-melting track that takes listeners down a dark and demented path to madness. In true CRYPTOPSY fashion, the track is accompanied by a horrific, blood-soaked video that will only fuel viewers’ nightmares.

Commenting on the new single, vocalist Matt McGachy says:

Julien-K was born in 2003, brought to life by the creative alliance between Orgy co-founders, Amir Derakh and Ryan Shuck. While working on Orgy’s third album, Punk Statik Paranoia (2004), Shuck and Derakh began to realize that their creative vision differed from that of singer, Jay Gordon. While Shuck and Derakh wanted Orgy to pursue a more experimental, electronic path, Gordon wanted the band to be heavier with more rock influence. That is when the "Julien-K experiment” began.

Platinum-selling powerhouse Pierce The Veil — guitarist/vocalist Vic Fuentes, guitarist Tony Perry, and bassist Jaime Preciado — have announced their Fall 2023 North American tour plans. The Jaws Of Life Tour kicks off on November 4 in Sacramento and runs through December 8 in San Diego. All dates are below.
