Japanese rockers Crossfaith have returned with a roaring new single titled "ZERO." Watch the video HERE.

The song comes out of the gates swinging, throwing hellacious haymakers from start to finish. It finds the band continuing to cross-pollinate metal and industrial music into a DNA-distinct blend.

The accompanying visual finds the band performing with a fierce fire in its belly that is utterly impossible to extinguish.

"After approximately one year of hiatus, we're finally coming back in the game," the band states. This song is filled with primitive energy, showcasing our distinctive style to the fullest. It becomes a music full of the desire to tear through the dark abyss with our own hands and be reborn anew."

Additionally, the band has announced Daiki Koide as its new guitarist.

Koide issued the following statement about his new role.

"Since July 2022, I have been playing on many stages with Crossfaith as a support member, and I am delighted to announce that I have officially joined Crossfaith as a guitarist. I have known Crossfaith members for more than 10 years now, since I was a part of my previous band, HER NAME IN BLOOD. Back when my own band broke up, I was struggling and seriously thought if I should stop pursuing a music career. However, Crossfaith was the one that reached out to me and brought me back on the stage. We have been making music and performing together on the same stage for a while, and I always felt like I was part of the band, but officially being the member now, I am ready to go all out without holding back. Everything I want to express will be poured into our new music.  I am very excited to be able to express myself through music again. Please keep supporting us."

Imminence Records has once again trekked to Boise, ID and unearthed a promising up-and-coming emcee. In the process we have partnered with Axiom Tha Wyze to welcome Zero by releasing their song "Epic Cypher". Zero is currently working on new music for his label debut.

"Change is inevitable... Progression is a choice. That's been something that I have recited to myself in moments of doubt. We all have dreams to progress, but once we hit a rough patch, we tend to throw the towel in. Well, I'm an example of what happens if you continue to keep on trucking through those rough patches. Not only have I achieved a dream of doing songs with people I have looked up to, but I also achieved my dream of getting signed to Imminence Records. Time can be our enemy and best friend at the same time, but only you decide what that future looks like as for me... This next release is going to change the tide, I promise you that. As always peace, love and nothing but blessings." - ZERO

D'espairsRay who has toured the world and been around for eleven years and has decided to disband due to frontman Hizumi's throat troubles and the band coming to the conclusion that they would rather disband altogether.

Hizumi says "To cure my throat during hiatus, I had tried all sorts of treatments such as medical care, acupuncture, physical therapy, Qigong etc. However, under a situation where there is no good prospect for recovering, we had much discussion and we came up with the conclusion that we'd rather disband than we fade out without any activities. Please forgive us for betraying the expectations of our fans looking forward to our comeback. Unfortunately, it's not possible to do final performance, but we would like to show our gratitude to you by different ways. Though I've met lots of people and experienced good and bad things after we formed this band, there is no useless experience. I thank all our fans who have loved us for 11 years."

Going on to add that "Thank you for your continued support of D'espairsRay. Due to Hizumi's throat troubles, we had decided to take a hiatus immediately following our show at Yokohama Blitz on 30 Dec. 2010. However, after further discussions among the four members, we have decided to disband as of 15 June 2011 and cease all activities under the name D'espairsRay. To our loving fans and supportive staff members, who have followed us diligently from our founding on 9 Sept. 1999 until now, we deeply apologize for such a sudden and troubling announcement. All four members are deeply thankful, from the bottom of our hearts, for your enthusiastic support and encouragement. Thank you. "
