Post-hardcore band Snow White's Poison Bite formed in 2006. Over time they released two full-length albums "The Story of Kristy Killings" (2010) and then follow-up album "Featuring Dr. Gruesome And The Gruesome Gory Horror Show" (2013), with some EP's, demo's and singles with video releases in-between. During their time they would play shows, even tour, gracing the U.S. terrain for a trek of shows. Then nothing would happen after this, only word of more music to come but nothing would happen for quite sometime. Until now, when on July 13th 2018, Friday the 13th word of the band's disbandment would be said upon social media. A video has been posted, revealing an all new band by frontman Allen Cotterill (vocals), this band being called TH13TEENTH. An all new new song called "Disgusting" with all other content, ranging from appeal, podcasts, videos, and music of course, among other things to follow suite. Check out the video message HERE and the official website here: www.Th13teenth.com.

"What if Jack the Ripper had played in a band? A heavy metal band?"

This is the question that formed and influenced WE SELL THE DEAD, this is the question that made the band.

Revolving around Niclas Engelin (In Flames, Engel), Drömriket's Jonas Slättung, Gas Lipstick (ex-HIM), and the voice of Apollo Papathanasio (Spiritual Beggars, Firewind), We Sell the Dead go beyond the strains of conventional storytelling and create a multi-media experience of premium quality heavy metal music embedded in visually stimulating and atmospheric visuals.

The band's debut album "Heaven Doesn't Want You and Hell Is Full" is due out February 23, 2018 via earMUSIC.

Heavy, yet melodic sounds transport the listener into a Victorian inspired world that is defined by pompous manors and daunting luxury standing in deep contrast to the harshness and cruelty of the gutter. It is a world that reeks of hysteria, but above all a sense of mysticism and dark romanticism. We Sell the Dead's music rises above this, not merely pointing out this injustice, but expanding the narrative into the extreme, playing with themes of ghosts, death or religion.

But not only...

Despite a reference to Victorian times, We Sell the Dead maintains a very modern and ever-so-current approach that translates to the world we live in today.

"From the late 1800, an era that has inspired our band enormously, comes one of the greatest and darkest crime mysteries of them all: Jack the Ripper," explains Jonas Slättung. "We don’t know 100 percent who he was but we know his horrendous deeds. All the visuals we had in our mind, combined with the sometimes slightly morbid lyrics, made us think that this is what music would have sounded like if heavy metal had existed in the 19th century, or if Jack the Ripper had travelled forward in time to join a metal band. We Sell the Dead would have been his natural choice for a backing band. He probably would have felt right at home with us."

But, at the same time, the world hasn't exactly evolved into a beautiful place since the 1880s.

In the 1979 movie, Time After Time, Jack the Ripper escapes justice by, indeed, fleeing in a time machine to 1979. After getting caught by his followers, The Ripper utters this line of wisdom: "Back in 1893, I was a monster. Today...I'm an amateur."

TRACK LISTING:

1. The Body Market
2. Echoes of an Ugly Past
3. Leave Me Alone
4. Imagine
5. Turn It Over

7. Trust
8. Pale and Perfect

WE SELL THE DEAD LINE-UP:

Six Feet Under founding throat/death metal icon, Chris Barnes, is pleased to bring fans his latest work of sonic deviance in the form of the fittingly christened, IHATE. A venture inadvertently launched between Barnes and multi-instrumentalist/fellow horror enthusiast Bob Taggett, their as-yet-untitled debut promises to deliver eight violent tracks of raw, unrepentant, death metal brutality and lyrical depravity.

Relays Barnes of the project's formation, "Early last year I got a message via Facebook from someone named Bob and Bob said to me, as a lot of people do, 'I have some songs and I'd like you to sing on them. Can I send you a song so you could check it out?' I get a lot of these requests and didn't think too much of it, but since I was just fresh back from a tour and a little bored, I decided to entertain the idea of listening to a song from Bob. After receiving an email with the first track that was attached to a video which more or less mapped out a murder storyline, I thought it was really different, and definitely creepy visually. And there was something very primitive and energetic to the attack of the music. It was very driven. I could feel it instantly. I knew this wasn't a joke and wasn't done half-assed. The music I was listening to was aggressive as a knife carving chunks of flesh off a body. Putting the music to a video caught my attention, immediately, as to Bob's focus. I found it all really interesting. I have almost always worked from a storyline in my head for my lyrical inspiration and my own imagination, but never have started from the standpoint of lyrically scoring a storyline already laid out on video first, like scoring a film. That seemed really exciting to me as a writer as well as a vocalist. I emailed Bob back and told him I would love to be involved with making this album with him. So one thing led to another and we began writing and recording. We are very close to finishing the album and have enlisted the good people at Pledge Music to help us reach out to all of the fans who we hope will help us make this album a reality."

As for what true death metal miscreants can expect from the IHATE end product? "To me, it really is a masterpiece of brutal, violent death metal," says Barnes, "I'm really stoked that if got to work on this album. The fans know that I'm no stranger to writing some sick lyrics, but the stuff I have come up with this time is entirely over-the-top even by my standards. I really want the fans to hear this album and dig into the storylines of the songs. This is the first time I've used crowd-funding to make and release an album. And it's been a very challenging, interesting learning experience along the way. And an eye-opener as well. We are really hoping the fans of death metal will make a pledge and preorder our new album. It's really important to us that this album gets released. This is brutal as fuck."

Check out more from Barnes as well as a preview of the track "Seeing Red" HERE.

Several IHATE preorder packages, which include autographed posters and CDs as well as a chance to have a personal listening session with Barnes himself, are available via Pledge Music. For more info, point your browser HERE.
