Moldovan modern metal force Infected Rain have released the official music video for their brand new single "Stranger." The track offers the first glimpse into the band's upcoming musical chapter and marks the beginning of a new creative phase for the group as it continues to evolve its sound.

Built around themes of identity, transformation, and inner conflict, "Stranger" dives deep into the moment of realizing you no longer fully recognize the person you have become, pairing introspective lyrics with driving rhythms and the band’s sharp, modern metal edge.

Vocalist Lena Scissorhands explains the inspiration behind the song: "'Stranger' came from the moment when you realize you don't fully recognize yourself anymore. It's an inward fight with identity, with the roles you've worn for too long, and the distance that grows between who you are and who you think you should be. In the end, it's about becoming strangers to ourselves, and trying to find the way back."

Following their most successful album to date, 2022's 'Ecdysis' - which garnered prime media acclaim, hundreds of thousands of streams and views, and debuted in the Top 20 on the US Current Hard Music charts - INFECTED RAIN climbs even higher with 'TIME'.

Trailing their successful latest singles "NEVER TO RETURN" and "BECAUSE I LET YOU" - which have garnered over a combined half million cross-platform streams and views on Spotify and YouTube alone - the band ushers in 2024 with the eerie, crushingly heavy "VIVARIUM". The track boasts electro-laced djent rhythms and spine-tingling passages whilst frontwoman Lena Scissorhands warns of so-called freedoms that are not truly free.

 Modern progressive metal unit INFECTED RAIN are back to own the new year with their multifaceted upcoming sixth album, 'TIME', out February 9, 2024 via Napalm Records. Following their eerie, dynamic single "NEVER TO RETURN", the band returns today with the heart-wrenching stunner "BECAUSE I LET YOU" - a menacing progressive-meets-nu-metal anthem with intense lyricism and an equally powerful, moving music video.

Following their most successful album to date, 2022's 'Ecdysis' - which garnered prime media acclaim, hundreds of thousands of streams and views, and debuted in the Top 20 on the US Current Hard Music charts - INFECTED RAIN climbs even higher with 'TIME'.

The album was once again produced, mixed and mastered by Valentin Voluta, and combines the deft talents of returning members Vidick (guitars, cover artist), Eugene Voluta (drums) and famed frontwoman Lena Scissorhands (vocals), plus introduces new member Alice Lane (bass) to the fold.

Amid their current USA tour with Wednesday 13, the band has announced their multifaceted upcoming sixth album, 'TIME', out February 9, 2024 via Napalm Records.

Described by the multinational band as “an homage to every fleeting second, every heartbeat, and every breath that has led us to this moment,” 'TIME' was once again produced, mixed and mastered by Valentin Voluta, and combines the deft talents of returning members Vidick (guitars, cover artist), Eugeniu Voluta (drums) and famed frontwoman Lena Scissorhands (vocals), plus introduces new member Alice Lane (bass) to the fold.

The Duke of Spook, WEDNESDAY 13, has announced a fall 2023 US headline tour to celebrate 21 years of his former band, revered glam punk icons, Murderdolls.

WEDNESDAY 13 and his current band - which features former Murderdolls alumni Roman Surman and Jack Tankersley - will perform a full set of Murderdolls songs, taken from the band’s celebrated 2002 debut album, 'Beyond The Valley Of The Murderdolls' and their 2010 sophomore album, 'Women And Children Last', which won them the Revolver Golden Gods ‘Comeback Of The Year’ Award. WEDNESDAY 13 was the frontman and songwriter, alongside Murderdolls guitarist and his creative partner-in-crime, Joey Jordison, in the metallic glam punk outfit.

The tour will begin on Friday, October 20 in Los Angeles, CA, and will visit a slew of major cities before ending in Colorado Springs, CO on December 9. Support will come from Gemini Syndrome, Napalm Records labelmates Infected Rain, and Black Satellite. Check out the list of dates below.
