British hardcore group Confessions Of A Traitor have announced an 11 date European tour supporting Crazy Town in January 2018. This comes hot on the heels of their UK dates in Swansea, Basingstoke and Bradford on January 12th, 13th and 14th. They aim to kick off 2018 in the same vein with more gigs, new recordings and spreading the Confessions Of A Traitor word! The band have an enjoyed a successful 2017 with the release of their EP "Illuminate" via Sliptrick Records and a lot of touring which has helped them reach out even further to the masses. Confessions Of A Traitor has released a new video for the track "In Darkness, Ignite The Spark". The song is about constantly battling, looking for a way out of constant pain, having a brief break from it and plummeting further into self doubt. It then takes a positive twist about eventually cutting the negativity from your life and realizing that you need to take time to heal yourself before you can concentrate on anything or anyone, and having the strength to overcome it.

The video vaguely reflects this with the imagery of Steve stuck in the chains and the performance element being the release. It’s all relative on a personal level, this is how we interpret the lyrics and hopefully anyone who listens and watches, will interpret them in their own way.
