Dirty Heads reveal the official video for "Celebrate" feat. The Unlikely Candidates, the second single off the band’s new album "Swim Team", out now on Five Seven Music.

Currently #1 MOST ADDED at Alternative Radio, "Celebrate", (feat. The Unlikely Candidates) juxtaposes joy and nostalgia with beguiling alternative pop and lyrical honesty. The emotional heart of the record, the song tells the story of a touring band living their dream while simultaneously longing for home and the families they’ve left behind.

Per Dirty Heads’ Dustin “Duddy B” Bushnell says "It’s a look inside a band and touring as well as the journey you take to make it. We’re not bitching about anything, but you’re on the road and you miss your family. We all started doing this a while ago. None of us were married at the time. None of us had kids. Now it’s all different."

The video, directed by Wayne Isham (Metallica, Foo Fighters, Michael Jackson), features an evocative band performance as real family photos and home footage are projected on and around them. Dirty Heads will be revealing additional behind-the-scenes content, personal interviews and more from the making of this video in the coming weeks.

Bell's Roar has announced that they will play the Treefort Music Fest the day before playing a live set as part of Moogfest's Always On live stream focused on female, non-binary, and trans performers. Bell's Roar is thrilled to share their incredibly colorful, prideful "Celebrate" video. This is the second taste we've heard of their blissful, empowering debut album "We Carry Us", a 10-song manifesto out January 12, 2018 that infuses dream pop with R&B and dance hues.

In the "Celebrate" video, Sean's partner Alisa Sikelianos-Carter can be seen dancing around the Albany plaza in a vivid outfit, her motions and the music screaming that those in oppressed communities should never let society silence them. Be yourself, and be proud of yourself, always. Stand up. Fight back.

Thematically, the video and song are consistent with bell's roar's main message; one could say that supporting their community from within is their trademark. Case in point is their Art Funds Art Tour, which launches February 1. It takes the profits from ticket sales and distributes them into artist grants and performance stipends to underfunded queer and trans artists of color in each of the cities it visits; it begins in Albany and travels all the way down to Atlanta over the course of 12 days. Check out the list of dates below.

Pop alternative rock band The Unlikely Candidates are featured on legendary band Dirty Heads' new track "Celebrate." The HEAVY-produced track has already amassed over 117,000 streams on Spotify alone since its release less than a week ago. The song is the latest release from Dirty Heads' upcoming album, SWIM TEAM, releasing on October 13th. The lyrically impactful track lays over a mellow beat, for a journey filled listening experience. This addictive earworm is now available across all digital service platforms.

"A year ago on the road, I started talking with Jared [from Dirty Heads] about how strange life on the road is; how you get used to partying all the time, but some people go off the edge. It is rad that we get to travel around the states making people happy, but also tough to leave the ones we are close to at home. I had no idea that later we would end up on a song together that is exactly about what we discussed-it's a crazy twist of fate. 'Celebrate' has a swagger and larger than life air to it, but it also has this big sentimentality to it-it's a powerful song. We are both saying the same thing in our different ways and it's cool to get both sides of that feeling on the track," says The Unlikely Candidates frontman Kyle Morris on the track.
