SIGLOS Releases New Video Single for "Piel Fria"
Siglos has released a new video single of the song "Piel Fria" off their latest EP "Renacer De Las Cenizas". Check it HERE.
Death, black metal band Septicflesh out of Greece, was founded back in 1990! Since then they have gone on to tour all over the world. Their most recent tour was debuted the “Modern Primitive In North America Tour 2025". It featured guests Vitimas, Stormruler and Siglos as openers for the Los Angeles, California date happening that February 2025 for Valentine’s weekend.
Having arrived right as doors were opening at 6PM, all were let inside, many heading to the front of the stage, with all else grabbing a drink, or browsing the merchandise. Around 6:30PM is when opener’s Siglos would play, and they would bring a ritual atmosphere to the crowd. Their black metal, heavy metal take would get the crowd excited. Heaviness throughout their set, performing such sons as “Morir Para Vivir”, “El Pasco De Mis Ancestros”, and “Soga De Los Muertos”, to name a few of the tracks off their two EP releases. The energy given off by the whole band, is what kept the crowd invested in their performance. It was entertaining and kept all there on their feet, wanting much more from them, when their set had come to an end.
SIGLOS:
Following these guys would be Stormruler, another black metal, melodic metal band, whose energy was spent, performing fast yet intense. Vocal range being quite loud, with the instrumentals being just as such. The crowd got into their momentum gladly, providing such angst it made everyone enjoy their presents. Hearing the music was hypnotic at times, yet intense, provided the energy flowing off one another, it was a very captivating set that had a band give it their all.
Vltimas was up next, given their own take of black, death metal, mixed with some thrash elements as well. They had a more mellow mix, but had some fast paced beats thrown in for good measure. The crowd enjoyed the interaction, lots of clapping, jumping, and moshing occurred giving off good approval for these performers. These guys have got that musical ability that has you wanting much more from them, a lot more desirable music. It kept the pace and vibes of the room moving quite quickly, all there were disappointed when the last song was played through. But not a bad band to witness first hand though.
VLTIMAS:
Wrapping up the evening would be headliner’s Septicflesh, they went on to mix some backing tracks, with orchestration thrown in, that made their music more memorable. They delivered quite the bit of devil horns throughout their set, with lots of crowd movement given off from the minor mosh pit action happening towards the middle of the room! All others were put under a trance, that caused the crowd to jump up and down, to all else just watching bewildered. The mosh pit was picking up it’s pacing, with lots of running, pushing, and headbanging alike, it made it so much fun to behold really. All of the songs played were done very well, with the band’s interactions with the crowd being on point, with lots of energy given forth, them the band wanting more in return.
SEPTICFLESH:
All in all, it was a show that may have not been a sold out one, but an entertaining on at that. Loads of energy given off, with movements happening left and right. The bands playing onward throughout the night, were vibrant yet flawless, that it caused such happiness it was a tidal wave of approval.
