Winx Club debuted years ago airing on various networks then years later another network Nick picked up the show with an all new re-dub of the beloved show. But after the conclusion of it's sixth season, Nick let go of the cast and a new cast had to be brought in for the upcoming third film and future seasons. A glimpse into the new cast can be heard in the new trailer for the third film "The Mystery of the Abyss" due out this fall. Check out the trailer HERE.

Rainbow and Nick's Winx Club series is currently in the process of wrapping up season 5 but not long will season 6 be here. So for the time being a summary for the season as well as a trailer have both been released. According to fan site Michael's Winx Club the upcoming all new season is as follows;

A new witch named Selina joins Cloudtower. She owns an evil book called Legendarium and through it she is able to make legends come true. The Trix take over Cloudtower and make it fly, then order Selina to summon legendary creatures out of the Legendarium and unleash them against the magical schools. Bloom leads the Winx against the witches, but the Winx accidentally loose their powers: will the Winx manage to get their fair powers back and save the schools of the Magic Dimension, threatened by the legendary creatures?

There will be loads of comedy, action, friendship, romance, in this new exciting fairy adventure for all the Winx Club fans... and everyone else! Also expect the return of the season 5 usage of CGI effects with the addition of an all new movie and much more!

Check out the trailer HERE.

Winx Club's revival on Nickelodeon's network has been an uprising on some levels, thus the next movie in the Winx Club franchise will be arriving this May! This being the sequel to the previous and first film Winx Club The Secret of the Lost Kingdom which aired last year. This time the Winx Club are back in an all new adventure with Winx Club Magical Adventure! But not only will this release be aired but a tie-in with McDonald's fast food outlets is included having figures of the six fairies be available in May as well.

It's said that the original Rai dubbed version was an hour and 30 minutes long but apparently Nick has chopped it down into a one hour special of 45 minutes, adding the additions of cutting scenes, story line  voice overs, among other mishaps.

Plot Summary;

Reunited with her birth parents, Oritel and Marion, Bloom discovers what it's like to live as a princess of Domino. Adding to her joy at being with her parents is the upcoming Princess Ball, which Sky has asked Bloom to attend with him! But Bloom's happiness is short lived when Sky is forbidden by his own father to escort her. Meanwhile, the evil Ancestral Witches who had once destroyed Domino join forces with the Trix - Icy, Darcy, and Stormy - to erase all positive magic from the Magic Dimension. To reverse the effects of the Witches' devastating reign of darkness, the Winx and Specialists must travel to the cursed city of Avram and come face to face with the Trix and Ancestral Witches. Only by defeating the witches can the Winx restore the positive magic in the entire dimension and regain their own powers.

You can now pre-order the film through iTunes HERE. The film is being sold for $19.99 and should be expected to be released May 28, 2013. A preview clip has been released which can be seen HERE and Nick's airtime date is unknown.
