From Ashes To New drop the official music video for "Crazy," the first single off of their upcoming album, "The Future", releasing April 20th 2018 via Better Noise Records / Eleven Seven Music.
"Crazy" is the first look into the Lancaster, PA-based band’s revamped lineup and sound. Consisting of founding front man/rapper/programmer Matt Brandyberry, guitarist Lance Dowdle, new vocalist Danny Case, and drummer Mat Madiro, the band’s chemistry lies at the core of The Future. An album that sees the band expanding their music palette and taking their blend of rock, hip/hop, pop, and metal to new heights.
"Anxiety made it difficult to write at times but ultimately we came together and decided we were going to write the best music we possibly could and see where that took us" said Brandyberry.
"Crazy is, at its core, a song about someone or something driving you absolutely out of your mind and feeling unable to walk away from it. I feel like everyone at one point or another experiences that in their lives" states Danny "For me personally, I dated someone for a very short period of time and it felt like everything I said and did was wrong. I honestly thought I was losing my mind because I knew it was a bad situation, but I just felt like I couldn’t walk away. I think having that life experience really helped when we sat down and wrote the lyrics"
"Crazy" is a huge anthem for the people feeling caught in the middle of a situation and confused by it all. It was recorded at Atrium Audio with producers Grant McFarland and Carson Slovak (August Burns Red) and mixed by Josh Wilbur (Korn, Lamb Of God), while the video was directed by Raul Gonzo.

From Ashes To New have released their single and lyric video for "Crazy," premiering the song on SiriusXM Octane radio station. "Crazy", is the first single off of their upcoming album, "The Future", releasing April 20th 2018 via Better Noise Records / Eleven Seven Music.
"Crazy" is the first look into the sophomore album from the revamped Lancaster, PA based band consisting of Founder/ Rapper/Programmer Matt Brandyberry and Guitarist Lance Dowdle with new additions Vocalist Danny Case and Drummer Mat Madiro. The band has gone through a few changes since they ended their last tour in December 2016.
"Pretty much anything that could go wrong to try and slow down the process and throw you a curveball happened during the last year since we came off the road, but we came out on the other side." states Matt Brandyberry "I was in a very down mind frame because of what was happening with the other members leaving and the anxiety made it difficult to write at times but ultimately I found the right people to come together and we decided we were going to write the best music we possibly could and see where that took us."

Tj Stafford Releases New Song "Crazy"
TJ Stafford gets sinister with his dark debut single, “Crazy.” A Los Angeles-based songwriter, Stafford performed in various bands before finally stepping out on his own, saying “being a musician for most of my life, not making an album that was just me, with the exact words I wanted to say, and the exact sounds that fit those words, would have been an unimaginable regret.” The songwriter has a long history of success with sync placements that included AMC’s The Walking Dead, HBO’s True Blood, NBC’s Parenthood, and FX’s Sons of Anarchy. While his music filtered through various television shows, his live performance has led to sold out shows at famous L.A. venues like The Roxy, The Troubadour, and the House of Blues. His track Shoot First recently won the Production Music Award for Best Rock Song. His music is a mixed bag of alternative rock fused with blues and pop influences that fearlessly explores the darker side of human nature.
