Metallic hardcore punk act THE GREENERY will be appearing on tour in a town near you! The Long Beach natives, who just performed at the New England Metalfest and are currently touring alongside IWABO, will be joining hardcore acts This Is Hell and Xerxes on select dates of the “GREAT AMERICAN THRASH MMXII” tour sponsored by LAMBGOAT. THE GREENERY will hop on tour June 20th in Denton, TX and continue through the July 6th Seattle stop. The band will be out in support of their acclaimed 2011 Prosthetic debut “Spit & Argue."

The band commented, "We are very excited about our upcoming run with This Is Hell. Such a killer band with some wild guys...should be dangerous!"

The group also updated us on their current tour: "This tour with Iwrestledabearonce, Molotov Solution and Glass Cloud is rad. Sweet bands, good people, overall just mega fun." Dates for both tours can be found below.

SCION A/V recently posted an interview with two of the band's members, which also includes footage of the group performing live at Prosthetic's January label showcase at the legendary Roxy Theatre in Hollywood. Check it out HERE.

"Spit & Argue" was praised by Revolver as "a derelict blend of metal aggression, punk-rock scab-picking and sunburnt Cali sleaze," while Outburn hailed the group's "furious punk edge" in a 9/10 review. Since the album's release, the group has toured consistently alongside the likes of Such Gold, Ringworm, Cruel Hand, Vanna, Kids Like Us and more. Long Beach, CA's THE GREENERY will be supporting metallic hardcore legends, RINGWORM, this fall on a full US tour. This is addition to their previously announced tour supporting Cruel Hand and a Canadian run. The band has been on the road all year with the likes of Madball, Such Gold and more and appeared at New England Metal and Hardcore Fest, Jamboree Fest and Sound & Fury. The band has also released the video for "Spit & Argue," the title track of their debut record, which hit the streets on July 19th. Check it out, now!
